Family Friendly Boating Community with access to the North Fork of the St Lucie River, Atlantic Ocean, Lake Okeechobee, and Gulf Coast of Florida via our private waterways. Community amenities include four waterfront neighborhood parks and more. Recent Park improvements including a fishing pier, picnic pavilion, children's play equipment, and horseshoe pits were constructed in Lake Park. Located close to public dock at Shepard park.

The Palmetto River House is situated in the charming and quaint community of North of the Roosevelt Bridge, this spacious canal front home located on the water. The canal has access to the St Lucie River offering fantastic continent private dockage with a fish cleaning station. Peaceful serene wide water views with a large back yard. The interior is coastal contemporary, newly furnished and decorated has a dream updated kitchen out of a magazine with a Stainless-Steel Glass top stove and oven. Located on a quiet street with your own personal boat dock, large patio with a private Tiki Hut, Florida sitting room with comfortable seating overlooking the water, even includes 2 swings to sit on under the Tiki Hut to watch the wildlife, after you make your cocktail on your own private Cocktail Bar located in the Florida room overlooking the water. This charming home is located in an excellent part of the city, only 15 minutes away from everything to Stuart beaches, historic downtown area, shopping, restaurants and the St Lucie Inlet. Perfect place to experience the Florida dream stay. This home is perfect for families or a couple of friends.
Guests have access to all spaces in the house. ( Except the garage and side area of garage.)

The Boat Lift is not for use. Exceptions may be granted for stays longer than one month and the tenant would be responsible for making their own supervised bunk and stringer adjustments. The Dock is available for tie up with a damage deposit based on the type of water craft. Power is not available. Additional fees and/or deposits will be required as well as proof of insured vessel up to $100,000 in liability damage.

The Community Boat ramp is not for Guests use. All guests are prohibited to used the Community HOA boat ramp. Boat ramp is Privately owned and locked at all times. All Guest Boater will need to used the public boat ramp at Shepard Park at 600 SW Ocean Blvd, Stuart, FL.

You must supply your own transportation, or we recommend using the UBER app or Lyft App.

Palmetto River House with a Private Boat Dock. The dock is equipped with a cleaning station, electric, & water for your watercraft. Relax & swing under the large private Tiki Hut while watching your favorite show & eating your favorite meal fresh off the grill. Located in North of the Roosevelt Bridge on a canal with access to Saint Lucie River, private dock has fish cleaning station, beautifully remodeled Fully Furnished and decorated, a dream updated kitchen with a Stainless-Steel Glass Top Stove & Oven, Florida Sitting Room with a built-in cocktail bar, and tranquil patio with Outdoor Bed next to the gorgeous private saltwater pool. Tiki Hut that's equipped with 2 swings and a Large Screen Outdoor TV. Located minutes from historic Jensen Beach and Stuart. Only less than hour drive from West Palm Beach.

Please note that after booking this property, you are required to provide us with color copies of Government Issued Photos ID's for every person in your party who is 18 years of age or older within 24 hours of making the reservation. We are required and retain the right to perform a felony background check on each person. Any person's with a sexual felony conviction will not be permitted on the property. Full refunds will be granted if this affects your ability to keep your reservation.

Pet Fees: $200 for the first dog; $75 for the second. You must select Pets when creating your reservation
Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis via photos and phone interview. Cats are NEVER allowed.

All Stays Longer than 28 Days are required a Bi-weekly cleaning at the guest's personal expense during their stay. A Representative will be contacting you to schedule your cleaning for the duration of your stay. Failure to do so will result and an extra cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE PALMETTO RIVER HOUSE

These rules are intended to promote the peaceful enjoyment of living in our community.
GATHERINGS : Gatherings of more the maximum number of people allowed in this property at any given time is 6 people. Events and Parties of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Security:
The home has Security Cameras located outside the home and dock area.

SWIMMING POOL AND POOL AREA
Persons shall shower before entering the pool.
NO GLASS of any kind is allowed in the pool area.
Only swimwear may be worn in the pool.
No persons who cannot swim will be allowed in the pool without supervision. No animals are allowed in the pool area.
The use of the pool area is for residents and guests only

GARBAGE COLLECTION
Please have your garbage packed into large plastic bags or container out in front of your home Monday and Thursday. Monday is also recycling day. All recyclables can be placed in one bin. All trash bins MUST be placed by the road before pickup and removed from curbside on day of schedule pickup. (We recommend that you place your bins out the night before)

Please note that after booking this property, you are required to provide us with color copies of Government Issued Photos ID's for every person in your party who is 18 years of age or older within 24 hours of making the reservation. We are required and retain the right to perform a felony background check on each person. Any person's with a SEXUAL FELONY CONVICTION will not be permitted on the property. Full refunds will be granted if this affects your ability to keep your reservation.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RERSERVATION.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
-100% refunds will be granted for cancelations requested in writing prior to 60 days of your scheduled arrival date and a 50% refund prior to 30 days of arrival. Cancelations within 30 days of arrival will not be honored unless some or all of your dates are booked by another traveler which may be equal to or less than your total booking amount, depending on the number of days we are able to fill. Please note that any credit card payment or refund fees incurred by Good Vibes Vacation Rental Mgt. associated with your cancelation will be subtracted from your refund.
"On-Sight Payment Method' fees (4.25%) for reservations booked through HomeAway (VRBO) or Directly are not refundable. All refunds including any Security Damage Deposits will be issued by a check and mailed to your mailing address on file at no additional fee, or by request only, can be refunded back to the original credit card and will be subject 5% processing fee.
