Velkommen til vores dejlige condo, som er beliggende i det berømte Truman Annex Complex lige i hjertet af det fantastiske Key West. Vores Condo har 2 soveværelser og 1 bad. Det kan sove 6 komfortabelt. Nyd alt, hvad Key West har at tilbyde og mere. Lounge på det nyligt refinerede dæk. Nyd det smukke landskabsarkitektur og den maleriske natur. Gå en kort gåtur til den opvarmede pool, få lidt sol, læse en bog, tage en dukkert. Paradise venter på dig. Hvis du vil have alle aktiviteter og spænding i centrum / gamle bydel i Key West - er det kun 5 minutters gang fra lejligheden. Virkelig det bedste fra begge verdener med privatliv / afslapning og restauranter, butikker, pubber og turistaktiviteter i Key West.

Lejligheden er bekvemt placeret på første sal. Der er reserveret parkering og ligger direkte ved din hoveddør.

Der er så mange aktiviteter og attraktioner at se, betagende Mallory Square solnedgange, Fort Zachary Beach og den berømte Duval Street - for blot at nævne nogle få. Så tag en afslappet spadseretur eller spring på din cykel og find ud af dig selv, hvorfor Key West er den bedste.

The location is perfect! We loved having a kitchen to make some meals in. The pool area is fantastic! The patio/deck area is beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Had a fun week with college buddies. The location was fantastic-close to every music, food or fun venue. Also just across the street from the beach and bay for sunsets. A/C went out and the owner quickly sent a repair. Would stay again!

Overall a good stay in very good location.

Unit is true to its Vrbo presence. Location was great. Walked everywhere. Minutes to the water a beach park cemetery and duval street. Nice people all around us. Pool was a nice amenity. Management rep was very responsive.

Great place.

I wouldn’t recommend more than three occupancy as it is tight quarters. Outside grill would be nice Other than that a great place to stay. Excellent communications with host.

Great location with all the comforts of home

Great location in Truman Annex. Close to everything, yet quiet and comfortable. Pool was only a short walk away. Enjoyed having coffee on the shaded deck every morning. Condo had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again.

I’m nice clean place

The only slight issue was the AC wasn’t working but the weather was reasonably cool so it wasn’t really an issue.Pool is right out of the back doors .Within walking distance to Duval and only a few blocks from Blue haven for a good breakfast.

Convenience and ALL needs met

We have stayed at several home aways in the Shipyard at Truman Annex. This unit though has been our favorite. From the minute you park your car right at the front door to exiting the tropical back porch right to the pool or the short walk to Duval...everything is so convenient. This unit has plenty of storage with comfortable furnishings. There are televisions in both bedrooms and living room (however we were enjoying Key West most of the time). Everything you can think of was stocked in this unit. It was also very quiet and relaxing. Plan to stay again!!!

Buyer Beware

The good news: location, clean. The bad news: bedding, 2 of the 3 mattresses were not sleepable, terrible support. The 5 x 7 foot bathroom from straight out of the 50s, you could almost turn around in, complete with a slopping bathtub you could not stand up in and a exhaust fan powered by a jet engine. Desperate need of blackout drapes in both bedrooms instead of sheer curtains,. No coffee table or end table. Needs general maintenance, not up to acceptable standards. No excuse and not recommended.!

Terrible

When we first found the property I assume I was messaging with the owner. He was very nice, however when we arrived I realized I didn’t have the address. A voicemail was left that I couldn’t understand and I had to call twice to get the property manager. Once she returned my call, I couldn’t hear her. I asked her to text it to me. She did when we walked in the door, and walls were dirty. The primary sheets were thread bare. The air broke while we were there and when she answered she said we needed to set the appointment. I’m sorry but this is not what we paid for. We def are disappointed and will stay with my kids that live there.

Disappointing

We’ve stayed in the Truman Annex several times. We have never had an experience like the one most recent. As follows: 1) We were sent no check-in instructions and had to contact the owner for verbal instructions. 2) Upon gaining entry, we were almost overcome by the mold, mildew and musty smell. Never have we encountered such in a rental unit. We discovered black mold. 3) From the first night on, the sheets on the queen-sized bed proved challenging as they refused to stay in place, requiring multiple adjustments during the night to put them back on. 4) Televisions in two bedrooms did not work and the TV in the main room needs attention. 5) Unit did not come with a dishwasher and no dish rack in which to place the dishes, once washed, for drying. 6). While washing the dishes, we were surprised to find ourselves standing in water. The plumbing under the sink was non-functional, a state which had been apparently addressed with the placement of a large bowl under the U-joint at bottom of sink. This bowl had filled to capacity with leaked water and was spilling into the kitchen floor. We had to clean all of this up and then deal directly with the owner who first suggested we take it upon ourselves to “just tighten something under the sink.” We declined the request and asked for them to send someone to deal with the problem. We specifically requested that whoever was sent was to contact us prior to arrival so that we could meet them and discuss the problem.

Wonderful Memories

The location of this property was perfect for us. There was a hiccup in the Wi-Fi for a couple of days but was worked out. This rental needs some TLC but did not hinder our quest for a great vacation. We will email the owner to address those things that need attention.

Quiet Key West

The good: The Truman Annex is a gem. This unit is ideal for two, doable for four. The back deck was a nice, shaded space with interesting birds to keep us company. Suggestions: The couch on the deck is scary, needs to go, and plastic chairs dry rotted, only good for drying towels. (All other chairs and table are fine.) Stereo does not work, a basic blue tooth speaker would be nice; the music stations on TV got us through. Back deck area needed a sweep upon arrival, no big deal for us - felt more like home! A couple of beach chairs would be nice for use at Ft. Zack, as their rental prices are silly. Overall: Great location, nice place to stay, we'd go back in a second - strongly recommend.

Great Location and Complex

We absolutely LOVE the Shipyard condos in the Truman Annex. The location is perfect, and the units are just the right size for our family. It is so nice having the amenities of a condo such as a fully functional kitchen and private deck. The owner of this particular unit, Linda, was easy to work with and responded to inquiries within a timely manner. We appreciated being able to book the unit for 6 guests (2 adults and 4 children ages 24, 22, 13, & 4) whereas other similar units will only allow 4 guests. The condo was neat and tidy, but did not appear to have been deep cleaned in some time. It would also benefit from a few updates and maintenance upgrades. That being said, we had a great time and would definitely rent this unit again.

Fabulous location

Great location close to restaurants, nightlife, bars and the ocean. Apartment close to pool, would be great for families as one of the rooms has twin beds but short on seating in living room for all occupants.

We have been owners of this property for 28 years. We truly love all that Key West has to offer. All of our guests have loved that our condo is very private and extremely well located with all of the amenities that you need.

We love Key West. The location of our condo is ideal. It is located in a gated community that is just a 5 to 10 minute walk from almost anywhere in old town.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

You have the best of both worlds. You may enjoy the quiet aviance of a gated community during the day. If you decide that you want activity - there are numerous shops, restaurants and sightseeing opportunities within a few minutes walk. Many guests do not rent a car as the ideal old town location of our condo lends itself to the ability to walk just about anywhere that you desire. If you have a car- the assigned parking spot is directly in front of your front door. No steps to climb carrying luggage or groceries.
