Sit back and relax in this perfectly located beach house with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Walking distance to all the local bars and restaurants on the island. Located 1 block from the beach, this two story home boasts plenty of space for the whole family with over 2100 sq.ft. Views of the Atlantic from the 2nd floor. Step out onto your huge private deck with panoramic views including multiple views of the Atlantic. Gas BBQ, outdoor seating, laundry, bonus room and a 3-car garage are just a few of the many amenities this house offers. Archie’s restaurant is right across the street with a pirate themed ambiance perfect for adults and kids alike. Weekends offer live beach themed music which you can enjoy from the 1000+ square foot deck. Great beaches just 50 steps from the house. Hutchinson island offers some of the best and least crowded beaches on the Florida coast. 15+ beach entrances on south Hutchinson Island alone. Boat rentals and multiple marinas within a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Come to the island and you’ll never want to leave. Excellent atmosphere for a family getaway or a quick weekend trip. You will not be disappointed with all this house and the island have to offer!

The home is as described. There is one main kitchen but both floors had living areas and bathroom. The bed downstairs would be good for kiddos as it was smaller and perhaps could use a new mattress. However considering the home did not impact.our stay. Huge deck outside with plenty of seating. Kitchen was nice!

Spacious area with great communication

Wonderful stay with great communication from host. He was quick to respond and very helpful. Spacious layout with an upstairs and downstairs area. Beautiful deck and very close to the beach and fishing areas.

We loved the house, the location to the beach, and all the restaurants. Nick was great with communicating and answering all my questions. If we come back to Ft Pierce, this will be our home away from home.

Wonderful House-- Great Location!

The house is in a terrific location at the beach with a bit of a view of the ocean. You can walk to any number of entertainment venues, beaches and parks. Really terrific.The house itself is large, comfortable and is extremely well outfitted with the latest and best appliances and accoutrements. Wonderful stay.

Wonderful beach experience

The location and amenities were just great. The upper deck has wonderful views of the ocean and the sunrises are amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the entire house is so very comfortable. There are good restaurants close by and the beaches are beautiful.

Check in was a breeze, such a lovely home. It is enormous for larger groups as there was only the 3 of us. Everything was so clean and comfortable….I felt right at home!!

Huge home with close access to beaches, restaurants

The location cannot be beat! Nick’s place was located in walking distance to the beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants. On too of that, we loved the way the home was decorated. It was extremely spacious and very clean. Loved the huge outdoor area as well as the cooler, beach chairs and towels that were available also. AND of course, cornhole on the deck! Great communication with Nick also!

Great House Close to Beach

Great house near the beach. House is a street over from A1A so very close to beach without all the noise of the busy road. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Large downstairs area with living room and two large bedrooms upstairs. This house is a duplex with someone living in half the downstairs area. Large deck with corn hole boards. You are two streets away from beach so it’s close but you can’t see much over the trees from deck. Overall enjoyed our stay and would return. Only problem was AC wasn’t on upstairs when we arrived and was 90 degrees.

Big house even bigger deck!

This house was so lovely! Beautifully decorated, master bedroom & bath was gorgeous. Downstairs living area was perfect! We traveled with friends and it gave us two separate living areas! Deck has a slight ocean view but has plenary of seating and corn hole game! Our host, Nick, was extremely responsive and gave us many recommendations! So much to do around the area…beaches, state park and restaurants! Definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful! Close walk to beach and restaurants.

The property was beautifully done. Updated and roomy. The large sectional in the upstairs living room was great! It fit our whole family. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was GORGEOUS! The downstairs living area was a great teen hangout. The large supply of beach towels, beach chairs, and the boogie board was greatly appreciated. There was the large bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs that shared that bathroom, and a living room, bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry room downstairs. It was a fantastic stay! We highly recommend. Only thing that would put the cherry on top would be the addition of some bicycles. Hint hint. ☺️We will definitely be back.

Easter break together

This was a great place to stay together. We enjoyed our visit to Ft Pierce. Only thing to make it better would be cleaned grill on deck, repair some boards on deck, corn hole game was great for kids. It’s Florida sunshine, so it was perfect spot. Beaches were fun…Porpoise, Pepper and Cocoa Beaches we visited. Guys fished in ocean and caught fish. 🎣 Kids enjoyed finding shells and Gramma’s gonna be busy making Christmas angel shell ornaments! Archie’s restaurant was perfect, as well as Ft Pierce restaurants in area. Good food! We cooked some and all had a blast! Thanks for the memories and for sharing your home. Also the beach chairs, towels and coolers were perfect and got used. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nice family friendly home

We stayed for a lovely week at this family friendly property. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom while my daughter, son in law, and their 2 kids stayed in the 2 upstairs bedrooms. It worked out well for us to have a sitting room downstairs if we needed some time alone, but the upstairs was large enough for the 6 of us to spread out and all be comfortable. The 2 kids (2yr old and 4 yr old) had plenty of room to play with their toys on the floor and also enjoyed the large outside deck with no stairs to worry about. The kitchen has what you need to cook meals at home, but just the basics. Very limited on baking pans other than cookie sheets. There are many beaches near the property. The closest is just a few blocks away, but the actual beach is not wide and flat there. It has a 3-4 foot bank you climb down to get to the water. We called it "shell beach" as we found amazing, and plentiful shells at certain times of the day. Slightly further south there were better beaches for playing in the sand with kids, and there are also beaches on the inlet with nice sandy spots for kids, and a nice playground at Jaycee Park.The owner, Nick, was very responsive and pleasant to work with. He offered to let my daughter use their Pack n Play, which saved her hauling their own through the airport. This rental is a nice set up for families that want room to spread out with plenty of beaches, restaurants, and activities to keep all ages happy.

This house exceeded our expectations - by far! When renting online, you always wonder what the catch is when a place looks too good to be true. I can assure you, there’s no catch here. The house was incredibly spacious, exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and appears newly renovated. The beach access is just a short walk and the location is perfect within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Our host Nick was very accommodating and responsive throughout the entire process. If you’re traveling to Ft. Pierce/Hutchinson’s Island - skip the overpriced hotels and do yourself a favor and stay here. You’ll be thankful you did! 5 stars isn’t a high enough rating for this house. We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again.

Perfect Location

Two story condo was located in a convenient area. We could see the water from the kitchen and dining room. Wonderful sunrises! It is also located within walking distance to Archie's restaurant. The food and atmosphere was great, and affordable. We would definitely stay there again.
