The living room, 6-seat dining table and kitchen share one open space, so the group ends up on the L-shaped couch around the smart TV. ★ Pool: there is no pool at this apartment.
★ Bathrooms & beds: a queen room and a queen-and-bunk room share one full bathroom for up to 6 guests.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Please disclose pets before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 4 guests, then $15 per extra guest per night. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
