Welcome to Snow Creek Village 6, a cute ground-level studio condo, perfect for a couple, seniors, or a solo traveler - but small families welcome as well!

This condo features a queen-sized murphy bed as well as a sofabed.

Featuring a cozy outdoor patio area, this condo also has a private hot tub for your use, perfecting for a relaxing soak after a long day of adventure. You are also just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the large soccer field which is right above the Sun Peaks Sports Centre, including the ice skating rink and playground.

There is also a full kitchen, super convenient for stocking up on homecooked meals for your holiday. But if you want to treat yourself, you're also just a couple of minutes away from the main Sun Peaks Resort village where you can take your pick of many restaurants!

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.

Additional rules

* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.

* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.

* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.

* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.

* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.

* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
