- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.


Lake Windermere Point is a unique place in Invermere because of the pool and beach access. It is also very centrally located in the town making it easy to find food and local shops. Within 15 minutes in each direction, you can find endless things to do in the Columbia Valley.


Located just minutes from Invermere’s downtown core but also offers the peace and quiet you’d expect from a mountain and lakeside vacation, complete with its million-dollar views.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to: 

James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddle-board.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway:  A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning this summer at our town’s local market.


PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Family getaway.

We loved our stay. The place was really clean. Beds for all three kids and myself were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed and the place was nice and quiet. So much better than a hotel. We will be back.

Great unit with gorgeous view

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit itself was very clean and the view of the lake was beautiful. We really appreciated the pet friendly accommodation as well. However the hallways in the building and pool/hot tub were poorly maintained.

Quick start to summer escape

This unit was wonderful; beautiful views and well equipped, would highly recommend. We always love our time in invermere, throughly enjoyed our few days away for pool, beach, kayaking and golf days, thank you!

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay, the view from the balcony's are amazing. The place was very quiet and very clean, it was stocked well and had everything we needed for our family.
