This was absolutely amazing! Perfect location for riding all the twisty roads in the area! The Cabin is Huge,lots of room and some fun to do for everyone!

Cleanliness was spot on! Blackout curtains allowed for some unexpected sleeping in and good rest. Large house with lots of space for fun, family or friends! Would highly recommend this place to other travelers. Only thing to be aware of is that it’s best to arrive before dark due to steep driveway. We brought a boat which presented a challenge, but Princes boat dock is right down the street and allowed us to rent a slip and store our trailer there. It’s also within walking distance of the house if needed. Great option to get away and you for a while!

Comfortable property, well stocked, with expansive decks to enjoy the outside. Great location between Nantahala’s outdoor center and Bryson city (whitewater rafting and the Great Smokey Railroad) parking was limited but we made it work with a long pick up hauling our new jet ski. Bed comfortable but sheets that fit and don’t keep coming off(due to added Mattress topper) would be better-try Sam’s Club hotel line . A/C works great but my man would have been happier if he could have found a blanket…..I like it cool.A list of good Restuarant’s with menus would have been great too as signal not reliable driving around.Overall I would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! As Texas folks the views were amazing! We really enjoyed celebrating America’s 250th with a great cabin, hot tub, peaceful! We didn’t have any issues other than the directions the first night took us to some pretty shady spots! Once we got to our actual cabin location it was refreshing! I would highly suggest getting there during daylight tho!!! Other than that everything was just amazing!!! Loved reading the others stories in the adventure book on the living room table! We will return!!

Andy's cabin is AMAZING!!!! Was great to answer any of my questions & quick to respond. We traveled in from several locations & all found the cabin to be easy to find! But very secluded. And I will have to say, out of all the places we've rented over the years, HANDS DOWN! this is the best equipped place I've ever seen!!!!! From the kitchen to the linens, to games & other items, literally you need nothing other than your clothes!!!! We had the best time! Relaxed & rejuvenated!

Beautiful home! Loved the proximity to Smoky Mountain National Park and Bryson City / Polar Express Train. The house was laid out really well with plenty of beds and the kitchen was stocked well with cookware. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table downstairs. Hosts were quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the home. The home has very comfortable furniture and is set in a very quiet and secluded area. It is the perfect relaxation home or the midway point of many areas of adventure. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Cabin was clean and fully stocked with toiletries, pillows, blankets, etc. communication was spot on. Peaceful location. I would def stay here again! Great for families with small kids and Thor without kids. Our stay was for a trip to the polar express in Bryson. Proximity was perfect. 20-22 min to downtown. Restaurants within 15 ish min. But still secluded enough for tranquility

Guys Weekend

There were 5 of us that have been friends since high school (or before) that hadn’t seen each other in years. We had a great weekend and LOVED this property! Plenty to do just staying at the house - everything was clean and as described. We had a great weekend and would absolutely stay here again!

Train trip

We came to the area for a train trip through the mountains. We ended up staying at a beautiful home in a very quiet and private area. The owners were awesome and we had a great time. Thanks for everything.

Perfect

We had an amazing time staying at this property. We did the train ride through the mountains, white water rafting at NOC, tried (failed lol) fishing, and we were close enough to make a day trip to Pigeon Forge. The area is beautiful and so quiet. You’re close enough to go out and have fun but secluded and quiet when you come home. Absolutely beautiful and had an amazing time. Thank you so much.

Everything is better with Friends

The house was amazing! The pictures didn’t do it justice at all. It was the perfect place for all of us to unwind and relax, the only place we’ve ever stayed that we felt cozy enough that we barely went out. And the lake was so lovely! 1000/10 would recommend this property to everyone!

nice place

The place is wonderfully quiet, five miles from a dollar tree, which helps if you forget something at home. The cabin is great, except that we didn't have gas, or at least the fireplace didn't light up for us, and we could barely go down to the play area because it was too cold. Otherwise, we recommend the house, very nice and cozy, and we will definitely go back. We thank you for your work.

Beautiful home with a matching view!

My family and I rented this home for our honey moon/ annual trip to Bryson City for the Polar Express. We arrived early and the property manager allowed us to go in early. There was a chicken that hangs around the property and it is the sweetest chicken I have ever met! The chicken let my 5 year old feed it! The home was spacious and cozy. The beds were nice. The home was more than we could have asked for.

great vacation house

This house had everything we needed and was well keep . i would change is the living room tv it was to complected to watch. Spent hours try to find Sundays football game also there are only two bedrooms. The bedroom with 2 queen bed is a loft with more open walls then wall can here everything in the house from the bedroom

Great getaway house

We have a family cabin on Fontana Lake but it's not big enough for everyone so we rented this house for overflow for a big family get together. We wish we could have stayed longer but we soaked in all the porch time we could get and enjoyed every moment. The house has everything you need, and appears just as described. It was clean and tidy and we've talked about staying again in the future. We didn't see the resident chicken some people have mentioned, but we did see some lizards and buzzards. We were sad to leave but were grateful for a quick getaway.

Rafting at NOC

Nice secluded house. We enjoyed the speakeasy downstairs and played several games of pool. Our second night was a cornhole tournament. We also enjoyed the hot tub and cooked a delicious dinner here. We had way too much space for the two of us but absolutely enjoyed our time here. We only had one truck with us and had no issues with the road or driveway. The NOC was less than 20 minutes away. Would love to come back with a couple friends! Thank you for sharing your home!
