Had a great time at this vrbo! It was easy to find. Using the public transport was very convenient and easy. I suggest using the link to get to the VRBO instead of a Uber. I suggest a better way of giving information on the trash system. What can be recycled vs trash vs food composting. Had no idea about composting food till the last day. For other first time travelers to Seattle, beware of the south end of Cal Anderson park. Otherwise, we felt perfectly safe. Hot Cakes was a 10 minute walk and they had the best dessert and coffee. Thank you for sharing your place with us. Great memories!

Very clean, very spacious apartment in the heart of Capitol Hill. We were able to walk or take transit everywhere we wanted to go. Even a reasonable hike to pike place and back if you don’t mind the hill. Would definitely look to stay again if coming back to Seattle.

Perfect location

Easy check in and host responded quickly with any questions. Loved the rooftop. Location is great, close to transit,store and shops. Would stay here again

Great weekday stay.

Came for a Tuesday night concert. The house was super clean and great for a big group of friends. Rooftop deck was a great bonus for coffee in the morning. Would definitely rent again!

Seattle trip

The house met our needs perfectly! Beds were firm, but comfortable. Linens provided were good quality. Location was great-just a short walk to the subway. The house was clean and we were provided tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Capitol Hill Location

Postives: location! Close by coffee & shopping, comfort. Negatives: parking can be tricky. Lots of stairs... Which is also good exercise. Loved our stay!

Family meet up

Met our son and his family for two days, visiting university haunts and familiar places. Layout of the unit was perfect for a family of four with two kids (second floor) and grandparents (third floor suite). Easy access to restaurants, grocery, light rail, and parks.

Excellent location on Capital Hill. Previous comments mentioned not having enough plates, cups. This issue has been addressed. We were a family of 4, had family visit, and had everything we needed.The townhouse is very clean, and stocked with basics.

Great apartment with wonderful views!

We stayed here with our 19 year old son & my senior parents. Lots of space to spread out after a long day of walking. You can walk most anywhere from this location if you like. Pioneer Square & Pike Market are a little over a mile away. There is a Safeway around the corner for all your needs. Would definitely stay here again. The rooftop patio was really something! Excellent stay in Seattle

We loved having this extremely clean townhouse as our homebase while in Seattle! The location is excellent -- a very easy walk to bookstores, bakeries, restaurants and bars. Outside of one drive to a friends house we didn't have to use our car at all. The layout of the house was fantastic with a common area for eating/movies/games, and a whole floor for the teenagers when they'd had enough of spending time with their parents. The house was very clean and comfortable, we would absolutely stay again. I do agree with the others that mentioned you need to be comfortable with stairs if you stay here :)

Nice clean and modern little place, but very limited seating as you can see in the photos. The stairs are like walking up an MC Escher drawing lol. Endless and narrow to the top, so pack light! The rooftop view was really great at night and mountains during the day. Water pressure was absurdly low, but I imagine that is a Seatle blue initiative? Overall, the place was as pictured and a great space with some nice extras like body wash, shampoo ext and coffee and tea. 2 issues, the largest of which is parking. They had spots blocked off in front of the place, which we were not notified of, so already tough parking was insane. It only opened up at night, so if you were lucky and came home at 5, you might get one. If not, you had to drive around blocks and blocks to find parking and that isn't just because of the current work next door. Parking is absurd in this area. One night, it took me 20 min to find a place and then a 5 min walk back to the home. 2nd issue is the very odd and overly dystopian background check. I have been with VRBO since inception. Literally since it was a one page doss type format in the early 2000's. I book multiple stays per year and NEVER once have I had such an intrusive rental process. I honestly would not rent here again because of it as I am not one to throw out my personal info to large data bases. They have my 20 year VRBO spotless rental history, that is all they should need.

Capital Hill

Nice property, just a few things to know if planning on staying here. First, there’s A Lot of stairs and no bathroom on the main floor so you must go up two or three floors to the bathrooms. Next, there was only 4 wine glasses and we had six adults staying in the home, same with dishes and coffee cups, enough for four. The home slept 6, three bedrooms, 3 beds. Each person got 1 bath towel per stay but there was a washer and dryer. The home had a nice rooftop deck on the fourth floor. Overall, the home was nice, just wish we had more kitchen supplies (cups, glasses and larger pots and pans).

Beautiful place. Misses in a couple of areas

House is well done. Bosch appliances, but a bit short on dishes. Pots and pans were in rough shape. Needed measuring cups (we bought and left) and measuring spoons. Basics that should be there. Mattress in larger bedroom on second floor needs to be replaced as you sink in the middle. It is a nice house and met our needs but it would would be top notch with a few tweaks Giant hairball/ dust all in the third floor bedroom and food at the bottom under edge of the couch
