Welcome to the Blue Ribbon Lodge, where “eventually all things merge into one, and a river runs through it.” Our 11+ acre lot is largely river front, giving you views of the river and the Three Sisters peaks, but also easy access for fishing or launching your float boat onto one of the top 10 blue ribbon trout fishing rivers in the United States. We are uniquely positioned to have views out of our over-sized windows without a neighbor in sight. Don’t fish? Then enjoy our pickleball court for tons of fun with the family. Or enjoy the show that nature puts on right in front of our home. You will see elk, deer and an occasional moose wading through the river. The bird watching is incredible, including a majestic bald eagle who hunts the river most mornings. All of this can be enjoyed from our river-front beach. A few miles up the road is the “Dutton Ranch” where the filming of Yellowstone takes place.

Downstairs is a 2nd living area along with 2 more bedrooms (King bed in one, 2 twins in the other), and another newly remodeled bathroom.
But be aware of the wildlife that come on our property from time to time. If you see moose, bears or mountain lions, give them plenty of space. You are in the country!
