Amazing Beachfront Balkon Condo - lige brugt $ 40K i opgradering af enheden. NY KIng Størrelse Serta Bed - Flisebelagt alle igennem - Ingen tæpper - 2 soveværelser, 2 bad. Vi har fuldstændig uhindret udsigt over den sandede hvide strand fra vores balkon og stue / spisestue / køkken ... Fantastisk udsigt ... vores balkon er 20 meter lang og 8 ft bred ... du bliver ikke skuffet. Se de smukke solnedgange fra din altan eller på stranden. Vi er direkte på stranden, aldrig krydse en vej for at komme til stranden. Det store soveværelse har en sammenføjning brusebad karbad med granit bordplader og skuffe toilet. Soveværelse har en kingsize seng og 2. soveværelse har 2 fulde senge. Vi har et 50 INCH TV i stuen til din underholdning med over 250 kanaler !!! GRATIS INTERNET i enheden (bygningen opkræver $ 30 per uge.

Beachside Pool er specielt dejligt og nyligt renoveret med masser af stole og gazebos til skygge. Du kan vælge at tilbringe dine dage at udforske den hvide sandstrand eller slappe af ved poolen. Hvis du foretrækker at fiske eller sejle, er der en privat fiskeri pølle og båd dock over gaden.

Masser at gøre!: Komplekset har også dørgryder, picnicområde, masser af liggestole og shufflebræt, eller du kan tage hyggelige lange gåture op og ned på din smukke strand og se delfinerne sprøjte eller lounge ved poolen og lytte til beroligende lyde i Golfen ved dine fødder!! Plus er der alle slags butikker og restauranter kun et stenkast fra din lejlighed! Beach Volleyball!

Beach getaway

The condo was very comfortable. The beach was in good repair after the rough hurricane season. Outside building and pool still had some construction but was expected for area. I was only interested in beach and inside so perfect for me.

Beautiful condo, very clean , great location

I my granddaughter and great granddaughter were staying with me for the week, it was perfect for all of us. The owner was very easy to contact, and was able to resolve an issue with the door immediately. I’ll certainly want to return in the future.

Indian Shores condo

Perfect location just steps from the beach. The condo was spacious, very comfortable and spotless. Kitchen was well equipped. Dania is an exceptional host and incredibly responsive.

Construction at facilities was a bummer but Dania was very upfront about it. Unbeatable view and location.

Best location ever

This property is superb. There were issues with unexpected construction and Dania went out of her way to accomadate us. You wont be disapointed with this property.

A perfect vacation spot!

The location could not have been more perfect! The beach was absolutely amazing! My teens loved the pool. The condo had everything that we needed. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We found lots of great food nearby. We spent a day on Shell Key, took short drives to explore Pier 60 Clearwater, John’s Pass, St Pete Pier, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely beach condo

Condo is lovely with great beach and water views and easy access to pool and beach! We were surprised by the move of designated parking spot to across the street. Construction on building exterior made our stay less than perfect.

Very clean, freshly updated condo

Freshly updated and sparkling clean condo. And Dania was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Unfortunately maintenance workers were sandblasting the decks in our stack during our stay so that made for a lot of unpleasant daytime noise. If the work was not going on it would have been wonderful.

Wonderful family vacation

Dania is a great host. She was upfront with us about the building being renovated while we were there. It was no problem at all & did not affect our vacation at all. She was easy to contact when I had a question about the checkout process & responded right away. The condo is beautiful & has everything that you need to enjoy your time at the beach. It is also close to everything that you could possibly want to see or do. Just like in the description, we saw lots of dolphins from the patio & from the beach. We also were able to watch a group of a dozen manatee swim through when we were in the water. We highly recommend this vacation property.

Great Location!

The condo itself is fantastic. Very clean. Decorated adorable. My fault that I overlooked that it didn't have a private washer/dryer. The communication with the owner was wonderful. A coffee pot was delivered as soon as she knew the one there was not working. The elevator went down briefly and she was immediately checking with the front desk. The actual property was a mess do to the hurricane damage which is obviously out of anyone's control. The pool was not accessible, not too big of a deal since this was an adult vacation, but my kids would had to have a pool. There was a pool available to walk to down the beach if needed. The condition of the property was not mentioned in the description so a little disappointing but overall we had a great stay and made the best of it. I would recommend this place to others once put back together. Thanks for another great trip!

At the beach

This was a ver updated and lovely condo right on the beach. Awesome view from the balcony of the ocean and sunsets! The complex was well kept and the staff and neighbors were all kind and helpful. Dania was on it with all communication. We will definitely be back next year.

This was the perfect girls trip Christmas Condo!

It was more than we expected and we were all totally amazed. We did a lot of cooking for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the windows is spectacular and we couldn't believe it when we woke up every morning to see the Gulf right there in front of us ! (We all agreed we felt like we were on a boat !) The shower and bed in master bedroom is luxurious! We can't wait to come back !

Great place but!

The place was just like you see on the picture, great view and great location. But one problem was waiting for us , right next to our building, they were redoing the entire facade and the work started at 7:30 am and stop by 5 pm , no chance to enjoy the deck on the morning, need to wait late in the day to enjoy dinner on the deck, I think when I rented the appointment they should have tell me about the work to the building, good luck to the next renter, the work will probably go on for weeks!!

I grew up in Ft. Lauderdale and have always been around the Florida beaches. We absolutely love the area and live within 40 minutes of our condo. Owning this condo has been a dream come true for our family as we have always vacationed along the east and west coast of FL as well as the Caribean. This is one of the best beaches and very family oriented. We spend as much time in the condo as our family obligations permit us and we hope that you will love our vacation beach condo and all this area has to offer you and your family.

Holiday Villas III has a beachfront pool, pristine white sand beaches, beautiful warm water and the best sunsets being on the west coast and a great grilling area. Amazing beachfront condos, a private fishing dock along with a boat dock if you want to rent a boat. Many of Florida's best attractions are within driving distance...Busch Gardens and Disney Parks.
