Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Lake in this well appointed, spacious home with many gathering spots. The décor is very updated, lot's of bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The home has a big kitchen and large table that sits 10 or more. Great location with easy access to town and lake.

Great spot for our family with 3 generations

Stayed with our family for a long weekend. It was a perfect spot for the three generations of our family, plenty of space for everyone.

Great property! Nice layout and setup. Super close to town for shopping and super close for fishing! It was perfect for us! We all would definitely stay here again, and recommend to our friends and family!

Great for blended family trip

Our immediate family was celebrating our daughter’s graduation from medical residency and was joined by my sister and niece, my daughter’s fiancé and his parents. The space was perfect, with 4 BR’s and 5 baths for some privacy among the groups, but spacious shared space for cooking, enjoying outside and hanging out. Grand Lake had enough going on without being too touristy/crowded. Enjoyed several hikes nearby. Great stay!

This home worked extremely well for our family of 10 adults and 2 children. It was so easy to get downtown, to the markets and entry to the National Park.The instructions for check-in and check-out were very well explained and easy to accomplish.The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. However, it would be helpful if the knives hadn't been so dull. We spent too much time trying to get them sharp enough to use effectively.

This house was perfect for our family get together with adult children and grandchildren.4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms worked perfectly! And the storage area "garage" was perfect for securing bikes, etc.The house has a very well equipped kitchen and a lot of extra things to do for when you're just hanging out. Ceiling fans in every room as well as box fans in the bedrooms keep the house cool even on hot days.Grand Lake area has a lot to do and this house has very easy access to the highway as well as to town.While the setting of the house isn't pretty, the convenient location and general set up of the house more than makes up for it.

Great vacation with family

The hosts were great. They provided plenty of information ahead of our stay. The house was very clean and accommodated our group of 12 easily. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms super, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Main Street shopping and restaurants in Grand Lake was only three minutes away by car. Great place to stay and would stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was exactly what we needed for our family getaway. Danny and Mia were very helpful leading up to the trip and while we were there. Could not have asked for a better place.

Epic snowcation location

This property has it all, whether you're snowed in or going to be out and about. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of games to play. Lovely outdoor patio for hanging out or fire pit in the front. This property has something for everyone. We'll be back.

What a gem!

Loved the location. The home has everything you could want and it’s a beautiful walk to downtown and to the lake. Highly recommend the home, the hosts were communicative and we had the best time celebrating my husbands birthday here!

the photos are misleading. The house smelled when we got there, it seems like people had been smoking and a huge amount of room spray was used to try to cover it up. We used the fans and that helped to clear it up a bit. The stairs and bedrooms have old carpet that is a tripping hazard and was stained. Most of the closet doors did not open, but got stuck on the carpet. The outside was nasty, not nearly as spacious as the photos imply with no view. There were extra pieces of wood and debris in the back which precluded the children from going out there. The garbage disposal was not to be used and at least one of the sliding door locks didn't work. When we first arrived the smoke detector had been removed. Generally disappointing for the expense.

The house was beautiful and very clean. The property manager was great at responding to any questions we had. And the town is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Great Getaway

Great place to stay in Grand Lake! Comfortably accommodated 8 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler, & 1 infant. Beds are large and comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and plenty of sit space. Host very helpful and prompt in his responses. Would stay again!

Snowy spring break at Grand Lake

This house was great for our family. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen is well equipped for a family including a chicken nugget maker (aka air fryer)! It was super close to downtown Grand Lake shops and restaurants and the Rocky Mountain National Park.

A mountain Refresher

The house was very comfortable with ample bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone was pleased with the convenience. The location is within the village of Grand Lake which offers a small town ambiance with adequate restaurant and shopping. The location is also convenient to Rocky Mt. Natl Park and a plethora of hiking, biking, and fishing opportunities.

Amazing vacation rental! 🤩⛷️

We absolutely loved staying in this spacious vacation rental. The home is within walking distance of town, has plenty room for a large group, it is comfortable / cozy and the owner was extremely nice and accommodating for our group. We will be renting this property again this summer and fall!! It was PERFECT for us!! Thanks again for making our Spring Break ski trip a huge success!! We will be back!! ⛷️❤️🙌🤩

What a fantastic home for an extended family trip 😀

The home was like new, spotless and comfortable for all our family. 4 bedrooms and 5 baths were incredible, no one ever waited on a bathroom. Bess were super comfortable and linens were great quality. The kitchen was super complete and we cooked 2 family meals each day. We felt safe in a convenient location, and had privacy to roast s’mores in the backyard 😀 certainly the epitome of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vacation rental

Absolute Perfection!

This home was perfect for our family and friends. Ample indoor and outdoor space. Nice covered patio to enjoy the evening. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable amenities. Check in/ check out was a breeze and the owner was very responsive to questions. Wonderful location, only minutes from snowmobiling, local snow tubing, and a short drive to skiing. We will definitely be back!

Snowmobile Trip

We had a fantastic trip to Grandlake. The house was perfect for what we needed. Tons of aminities, big driveway for the toys, nice beds, and 5 baths was perfect. Lots of space to spread out. Rode to the trail head from the house. Lots going on down town. Sagebrush was phenomenal food. Will have to come back in the summer.
