• With 9 TVs throughout the house, including a massive 75" TV in the loft, there are plenty of options for your group to spread out or gather for a movie night.
• Outside, there is comfortable patio furniture for relaxation or dining next to the private 12’x24’ pool and spa combo, which can be optionally heated.

Other Things to Note
• This is a no smoking, no vaping house. Smoking is permitted in the driveway only. Smoking inside the house will result in additional cleaning fees plus damages.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet of any kind you will be charged additional cleaning fees plus damages and asked to leave.
• No parties, events, or unregistered guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in a fine by local authorities and you’ll be asked to leave.
• Owner/host is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
• We do not offer refunds for inclement weather or natural disasters. Please consider travel insurance if this is a concern.
• Private pool and spa heating is not included in the daily rate but can be added for the duration of your stay for $35 per night.
• While we try to accommodate early check-in/late check-out requests, they should not be expected. In order to maintain our quality standards it regularly takes the entire vacant period to clean the house. The fee for failing to vacate the property by 10am check-out day is $50.00 for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour the guest fails to vacate the property.
• We have one Ring doorbell camera. It’s on the exterior of the house facing the driveway area. It is not actively monitored, but used retrospectively if there is an incident. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the house.
• While our theming gives a nod to a beloved animated classic, we have no affiliation with Disney or Pixar.
