The layout includes: Ground floor has King Bedroom with ensuite bath, spacious living room with sectional with queen mattress, and twin bunk beds. This living room with its own half bath is a private hang out for children, teenagers and young adults with plenty of board games, puzzles and beach toys. Step out of the living area onto lower-level deck breath taking views of the gulf with entrance to the sands is furnished with comfortable seating and storage bin with needed beach toys, and chairs.
Fully stocked kitchen, dining area and the living room with a sectional and full bed have an amazing ocean view. Laundry and a powder room are on this level as well. Step out of the living area onto upper-level deck to an amazing gulf view.
Second floor has the master bedroom with beautiful gulf view, ensuite bath, mini bar area. Bedrooms 2&3 share a bathroom and are on this level as well. All bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen Roku TV's. Entire unit has been newly renovated and furnished.

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails, and other varieties. Rod rentals bait and tackle are available on site.
