The Skyview Luxury Urban Loft Apartment is a breathtaking space with a true modern Euro feel, adjacent to historic downtown Flagstaff. Every detail of the loft has been architecturally crafted with comfort and aesthetics in mind. The expansive wrap around windows let in an abundance of natural light throughout the day and panoramic sunset views in the evenings. The vaulted ceilings paired with over-sized master bedroom doors give the loft a larger than life feel.

We just opened this incredible space after an extensive renovation, and it's magnificent. It's a beautiful and spacious loft with incredible modern detail throughout.

The gourmet full-sized kitchen is a highlight, as are the wrap around windows in the greatroom for beautiful sunset views and incredible natural light. Incredibly engineered oversized corner closing pocket doors are a key architectural feature, and give pricacy to the master bedroom, or when open, provide a spacious feel and flow throughout the loft. A luxurious bathroom with double shower, and laundry machine completes the space.

There are two king bedrooms, each with his and hers closets, and a pullout sleeper sofa in the living area, to very comfortably sleep 6. You will access your entrance through your own fully fenced private back yard. Please let me know if you have any questions, as this space in incredible and I'd love to share it with you!

Everything was nice and new. Coffee but no cream-so heads up on that. Also the kitchen was adequate, but don't expect any spices/oils etc in the cupboards.We had a difficult time every time we had to open the key lock. We had to do it over and over, broke all our finger nails, got cold and wet-it really needs to be replaced. Other that that, the place was fine.

Great stay, everything we needed

We had a great time at this loft, it had everything we needed. 2 nice bedrooms with comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, and a good living room and backyard space to hang out!

Clean, comfortable, minimalist garage apartment

This garage apartment was an easy place to stay. Convenient to downtown flagstaff (it’s a 20 min walk), clean, and covers the basics. Lots of great natural light and a seamless check in/out process. Note that there is nothing “extra” in the kitchen - only salt pepper and cooking spray - no other consumables (e.g foil, sugar).

We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be quiet and near to restaurants/breweries. However, if staying with a pet, be sure to request all the pet rules upfront. They were a bit limiting for being “pet friendly”. Also be careful of the large cactus in the middle of the fenced area and if you choose it use the hammock as its location could cause injury to you or your pet. Parking for 1 vehicle only. If you/your partner is a light sleeper, opt for the bed at the top of the stairs, not off the living area as the bed is extremely noisy.

Super Clean

We stayed here to check out the skiing. Super clean and comfortable. Shower had fantastic pressure. There was a little bit weird of a step going into the second bedroom, but I have adult children, so it did not concern me. All in all it was a very good process.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and privacy of the home. However, we experienced a few problems during our stay: the Internet was intermittent and even after multiple hard resets, it was often too slow for video calls. We frequently had to take work calls from coffee shops due to the lack of working Internet at the house. Also, when we checked in, the place had not been cleaned: the floor, surfaces, and stove top were dirty covered in dust and dog hairs. Even something as visible as the bath mat was covered in dirt and hair. We ended up spending an hour cleaning it ourselves. When I first contacted the host about this via text, as well as telling him the Internet wasn't working, hours went by with no response. Finally we ran into him outside the property (he lives in the attached house) and he did not bring anything up. My husband had to ask him about the internet. We did not find this very professional. After this encounter, however, he became more helpful and started answering our messages in a timely manner as I would expect from a host.

The only negative for me was the back yard I booked the property for the private yard for my dogs. The back yard had knee high weeds and lots of cactus not very dog friendly. The stairs were also a bit of a challenge with the dogs but not a deal breaker. I would definitely book again if I did not have the dogs with me. The property was convenient to everything we wanted to do.
