Very nice weekend getaway. Very pleased with the condo and Luxury Vacation. Had to call a few times before my arrival, and the agent I spoke with was always so gracious, friendly & helpful! This was my first trip to the beach since my husband passed away. (By myself) The friendly, helpful behavior of the agent made my experience very positive.

Nice unit. Clean and all nice furnishings, comfortable bed and living room furniture. Easy and short walk to the pool and beach. The entire condo was clean and nice. The parking is a little tight but covered. It was a little stressful coming from out of town and not getting the code to the room until 10 mins before check in.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad Windemere 1204 was clean, well furnished, and comfortable, and that the short walk to the pool and beach worked well for you. We apologize the covered parking felt tight and for the stress caused by receiving the entry code so close to check-in. We will share your notes with our operations and the owner so we can improve check-in communication and review parking arrangements for future guests. Thank you for staying with Luxury Coastal Vacations — we hope to welcome you back to the Gulf Coast in the future. Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

Perdido Key Vacation

Beautiful view, plenty of towels and great set up. However, I forgot to pick up coffee and would have loved a one day pack like they have in hotels..... I would stay here again.

Condo was great location. Just what we needed for the two of us. Only issue was it has a little musty smell, but you would get used to it. There was an issue with one of the elevators, but they were two others communication from Luxury coastal rental. The managing company is really good.Parking is very tight we were unable to use the assigned parking spot underneath the building truck barely cleared the height opening

Thank you for the perfect score! We're glad the condo's location was just what you needed. We apologize for the light musty smell — we'll have our housekeeping and maintenance teams check ventilation and remedies. We will follow up with building management about elevator maintenance and parking height/clearance information so future guests aren't surprised. We appreciate your kind words about our team and hope to host you again. Sunny regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

Beautiful beach condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was clean and neat! It was quiet! The beach area and parking area were well maintained. Update the picture online because there was a kcup coffee maker so we planned for that - had to adapt our plans when we got there. Also, we had some trouble with the tv in the bedroom. We never figured out how to use it! With that being said, we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again!

Great little unit!

This is a great little unit nearly on top of the ocean. The view from this level 12 balcony (and kitchen/living space) is stunning (!!) & the decor inside unit is tasteful. The building is ok. But this unit is great, esp if you are open to a cozy space. The bunks in the hall worked nicely for our kids and we appreciated the smaller space for our fam of 4. I recommend this property for your perdido stay! One last thing - toss a candle or diffuser in your bag. The space smells just a little musty, which I’m chalking up to it being a stones throw to the ocean. I’ll take the trade off. We had a great time!

Resident’s hate you

Property is old, a lot people live there full time it appears. They don’t want you there and are very rude. All things are segregated to keep you ratholed in a different area of the beach so you won’t interact with them. My first contact with a resident, didn’t go well. I asked a simple question, the response I got—“I’m in a resident “ and turned and walked away. Same response 45 seconds later asking another person. My question “can you help me.. what floor is the lobby on? There is no employee on site to answer any questions.. Luxury accommodations? No way Stay away

Hello Carmen, Thank you for your feedback. Your concerns are being passed along to the property as we only manage the unit you stayed in and not the property. We have several other units at other properties throughout the area and we do hope you will consider us again in the future. Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations
