Ideal Location to Casino, Hot tub, Sleeps 12

Nancy, thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the cabin’s convenient location to the new casino, peaceful setting, and amenities, including the hot tub and fireplace. It’s also wonderful to hear that you found the cabin clean, well-kept, and well stocked for your stay. We also truly appreciate you bringing the washer and stove concerns to our attention. Feedback like this is very helpful, and our maintenance team will inspect both items to make sure everything is working as it should for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us here in Broken Bow. We would love the opportunity to host you again on your next visit.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay, found the home clean and kid-friendly, and that everything met your expectations based on the listing. We apologize for the delay in communication during your visit. Our typical response time is within the hour, but the Labor Day weekend was unusually busy. Please note that our phone number is posted in several locations throughout the property, and we’re able to respond more quickly via text for any time-sensitive needs. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the hot tub. Prior to each guest’s arrival, our hot tubs are fully drained, scrubbed, refilled, and treated with fresh chemicals. That said, they can become cloudy or dirty with use, which is why we provide hot tub granules in the cabin for guests to use as needed during their stay. Thanks again for your helpful input—we’re always looking for ways to improve. We’d love to welcome you back for another stay in the future!
