Nice condo

The condo was very nice, the facility was a little dated getting in but the pool area and hangout areas have been updated. Location was great, definitely recommend renting bikes to get around. My family really enjoyed the condo and it was roomy for the 5 of us.

Hideaway Stay

It was a lovely unit, tastefully appointed and clean. The grounds were lush and well maintained. It was close to necessities and an easy Uber ride into town.

Spring Break 2025

Our family of 5 stayed here for spring break and enjoyed the location and amenities. It took awhile to check in as the security person didn’t answer the phone for 15 minutes and I texted the number for communication to owner to get help with no response. Eventually the security guard came around as he was walking outside. The rental had everything that we needed. We liked the location next to Smathers beach and appreciated the wagon and beach chairs. The swimming pool was also great, not very busy and warm! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful spot...

1800 Atlantic is a beautiful condo complex with exceptional amenities ... pool next to the water, hot tub, short ride to Duval and other popular spots. Only downside is the road next door can get a little noisy from the balcony but all of the other great things make that easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Fabulous place!

The property was fabulous! Beautifully renovated and appointed with everything you could possibly need! The unit was perfectly clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well decorated, comfortable and spacious with plenty of drawer space. The living room/dining room area was very inviting as well as the deck space. The building is a little dated but the grounds are beautiful, with the pool, tennis courts and gym easily accessible. The sunset from the beach just behind the property’s pool was breathtaking. Great location, close enough to everything by Uber, car or golf cart. The property manager was very responsive. Wonderful place for our vacation week!

Very difficult to check in

Didn’t have a good view of ocean, the bathrooms still had hair in tub and shower, took 25 min to get into building because I was supposed to fill out some form that I was not given. You cannot enter building without a key and had to keep up with the key the whole trip.

Lovely stay

We stayed for three weeks and have nothing critical to say. Many Key West rentals can be tired and worn, but this unit was very thoughtfully renovated, well-appointed/decorated and immaculately clean. Everything felt brand new. Bonus: truly comfortable beds. Knowing the building well, we had wondered if traffic on Bertha Street would be loud, but luckily the windows and sliders facing onto the street were well-insultated and noise wasn't an issue. The porch is lovely and you can even see a sliver of the ocean. We found the facilities and amenities on the property to be a real selling point, and everyone else we interacted with at 1800 Atlantic was pleasant and affable. Great communication with the management company and check-in was super simple and seamless. Would return!

1800 Atlantic is the perfect location.

This was our 9th year coming to Key West. This is an annual trip the same time of year. We are in Key West mostly for one thing. Fishing for tarpon, permit and bone fish. The occasional lunch or dinner fish is always welcome. We have been staying at this condo building for the past 7 years and find the location perfect for us. We have been able to stay in this unit twice now. It has everything we need or want for our trip.Two bedrooms and two bathrooms works perfectly for our stay. The unit is very well kept and the furnishing are great. The beds are comfortable which is very nice. I’ve had a few times this isn’t the case.The kitchen has mostly what you need but could use some better pans for cooking. I understand you cannot furnish top notch pots and pans but the unit could use some updated pieces.The coffee pot is a standard drip unit and it works perfect for us. We just need good coffee in the early morning before our fishing day starts.The utensils are adequate but we did pick up a new spatula for the kitchen. We truly appreciate the washer and dryer. It allows us to bring minimal clothing for our trip. We basically wash everyday after our day on the water fishing.Saves us a lot on packing. We love that this unit has the balcony facing the east so there is total shade in the afternoon. Trust me, having a balcony facing the west in the afternoon is way too hot. Overall we love staying at 1800 Atlantic and this unit is one of the nicest we have stayed in.

Great landing spot in Key West

Although it is a little distance to town, this property is remarkable for its outdoor area. Lush gardens and beautiful pool looking out on the ocean.

Clean and Great location!

This condo was immaculate! Very clean and well decorated. The pool area over looking the beach is great! We loved drinking coffee on the large balcony in the morning. Short walk to Smather’s beach. I recommend this rental!

Overall Stay Was Good

Space was nice and clean on the inside. The building was under construction and does need some help in appearance. I would recommend cotton sheets in lieu of polyester for the value of the property.

The condo is in the perfect place less than 1 mile from the Key West Airport and just 2 miles to the downtown sites such as the famous Duvall Street, Hemingway House and great restaurants and nightlife.
The condo is just steps to a private beach and several other public beaches such as Smathers Beach and Higgs Beach Park.
With onsite amenities such as Olympic sized lap pool and a second shared pool and hot tub the pool area offers an abundance of loungers and relaxing areas. There is also a fitness center, tennis courts and so much more.
Inside the condo the fantastic renovation brings a new coastal modern touch to this unique complex.
