Nestled on Guadalupe Street, less than five minutes from the Plaza, this one-bedroom retreat features a plush king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, separate dining space, and an inviting living room. We loved staying at this beautiful casita. The house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed sitting outside in the small patio out back. The casita is very conveniently located to historic center of Santa Fe.

This apartment was probably one of the best VRBO's we've stayed in. It delivered on everything the listing stated. It was conveniently located and very comfortable. Parking was right out front and easily accessible. The host, Peter, was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. There was so much to do and incredible restaurants. We could not have asked for better for a full week stay. Highly recommend this listing if your headed to Santa Fe.

The hot tub was amazing after coming back sore from skiing. The house was very clean and a great location to walk to many restaurants and shops. We loved our stay!

My husband & I really enjoyed our stay in this charming property. It's in a great location and it made it so convenient to get to all parts of Santa Fe. Parking was easy, communication with the host was first rate and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The entire place was very clean when we arrived. The one thing that surprised us though was how thin the Living Room wall is between the two units. We were just watching a funny movie one night, so we were laughing out loud. (Not realizing that we were bothering our neighbor) The man came banging on our front door to stop making so much noise. He said he could hear everything! We felt horrible, but had no idea we were disturbing the unit next door, until he banged on the door, He was Very Mad! Otherwise, we had a great time! Lynne J-

Comfortable bed and bedding in a very cozy bedroom. The hot tub was clean. Its rare to have a hot tub that is as well taken care of as the one at this property. The home was clean and was setup to make us feel right at home. The only thing we lacked was salt and pepper :). The location was perfect. A short walk to many great eateries including Dolina's but just far enough away from the Plaza to not have to deal with traffic/parking (onsite parking is very convenient). Loved the trip and would stay here again.

Peter was very responsive, the house was walkable to almost everything we wanted to see, the bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed using the hot tub after hiking all day. The home was very clean and it was easy to access using the key code.

The location was great, close to everything! Condo was accurately described and has everything you need, just bring your clothes. Hot tub was so nice and easy to use, back patio was a great place to hang out!

Charming and relaxing! The Casita was exactly as advertised. Peter was very communicative and responsive. It was convenient to walk over to Old Town which was awesome. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the kitchen was well stocked. We’d stay here again if we find ourselves back in Santa Fe.

Before hosting, we produced live theater in Los Angeles and managed long-term rentals, so hospitality and presentation have always been at the heart of what we do. Peter’s a fast-talking, opinionated New Yorker. Veronica’s a calm, thoughtful California native. Somehow, it works. We met online in 2013, and we’ve been together ever since. Now we live in the San Fernando Valley with our three dogs—Delilah, Henry, and Norman—who run the house and pretend we work for them.
