Another phenomenal stay! We love everything about this piece of paradise! The location is perfect, the area is so quiet, great fishing, and the cottage has everything you would need for a wonderful getaway! We spent the entire weekend bouncing back and forth between the lake and the house, and we didn't leave until we checked out! Cathy is a fantastic host! Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the red cottage! Everything was nice and clean and inviting upon our arrival and Cathy was a wonderful host! Wish we would have had more time to spend there...maybe next time!

Beautiful Views and Very Clean House. My daughter had a golf tournament at The Coldwater Golf Club and it is four minutes from this property. The house was very clean and Cathy responded quickly to any questions. I also brought my younger daughter and she fished off the dock the whole time. She caught a lot of fish and made great memories for all of us. Highly recommend this place to anyone.Thanks Cathy!!

This is our favorite place to stay!! Breathtaking sunsets and beautiful lake front view! Cottage is adorable! Everything you need is there and more! I would give 10 stars if I could!! Thank you for another relaxing, wonderful vacation!

Our stay at the red cottage

This cottage was very clean and comfortable for a restful stay. The lake view was amazing, especially the sunsets. The kayaking around the lake was excellent.

Clean and cozy

We stayed at the Cottage during the winter so I cannot say much about the lake but even in the winter, the lake view was amazing in the mornings while drinking my coffee! The cottage has a huge sliding glass door that over looks the lake so you can see everything right from the living room. The cleanliness and organization surpassed my expectations and the pictures do not do this place justice.The owner was also great with communication. She checked in with us to see if we needed anything but also let us enjoy our time without bothering us. I would definitely return to the Red Cottage again!

A Hidden Gem

We loved staying at this cottage and immediately felt comfortable and at home. Upon entering we were greeted with an uninhibited view of the lake, which we enjoyed while sitting on the spacious deck. Since traveling for the previous 6 nights, we decided to prepare several of our meals here. The kitchen is very well stocked and even has 2 types of coffee makers since some may want to make a pot of coffee or just a single cup. A nice touch is the outdoor seating and grill set up just off the kitchen. You can comfortably sit out there and enjoy the outdoors while eating or playing games. There was 3 of us and we had plenty of space for a lovely respite.

Wonderful!

The lakefront cabin was even better than described in the listing. It’s only 20 steps to the lake from the deck and the view is spectacular! It was very quiet the week we stayed and so peaceful. The cabin is extremely clean and the kitchen very well stocked with items needed for cooking. The cabin is nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

Weekend get away

The red cottage is a wonderful place right on the lake. It was very clean and well stocked with anything you’d need. The sunset was beautiful. I would recommend the red cottage to anyone looking for a nice affordable place to stay on a lake.
