View was phenomenal. No sand mats .AC broken on arrival. 6 days to fix. Borrowed recliners from business 6 miles down road. Would like to send copy of texts from owners to us. Only 2 bedrooms had AC. Other bedroom detached was mainly their storage room. No way 6 people could have stayed there comfortably. 1 bath un finished. No sink.Arrived with no help...where is car?? Where is house? Directions given video not clear. Got help from local woman who took us to find manager of property. Then found car at airport. We totally understand weather takes its toll on stuff....so bring inside?? We loved our trip just disappointed in owner's lack of compassion. Please contact me for more details.

Sea Breeze, the perfect getaway

We had a perfect stay at Sea Breeze. The backyard provides perfect sunsets and beach access surrounded by lush vegetation and coconuts. The kitchen has all the supplies needed to prepare meals and eating your dinner while watching the sunset on the deck. This house is situated in the perfect location close to two island grocery stores, liquor stores, the marina, and a few restaurants. The airport is also not far from the house. San Salvador is perfect for diving, snorkeling, and relaxing at the beach. Our favorite beach was Grotto beach just south from the house and easy to access. You can go out on fishing trip with Captain Bruce who leaves out of the marina or hook up with Charlie the caretaker. If you can, rent the kayaks and van from the owners. The van has kayak racks and you can drop in at pigeon creek and view sea turtles, young sharks, and baby groupers. Pigeon creek has a boat ramp for easy access to the shallow creek. This was a big highlight of our trip. We also visited Dixon lighthouse that is guarded by goats. Dixon lighthouse is a working lighthouse with a rich history. The people of San Salvador are kind and will help you with directions and suggestions, just ask them! The wonderful owners, Wally and Alex, were gracious hosts and will answer any question in a timely manner. Wally and Alex sent us perfect directions and suggestions on how to best enjoy our stay. They both ensured we had the perfect stay and we can’t wait to return to this special island.

Bahama Sea Breeze

First time to Bahamas was a warm, private and comfortable getaway. The views of Aqua water, palm trees and warm breezes were restful. Our home was roomy, clean and quick access to the water. Exploring the Island and snorkeling on many different beaches filled with treasures of sea glass, fish, lobster and conch were exactly what we needed. We liked calling ourselves castaways!

Excellent

We spent a week with my two teenage sons. Enjoyed the snorkeling, fishing and kayaking. I definitely recommend renting their van. The beach was perfect, and we never saw another person on the beach. This is a secluded house, on a secluded island. There are two other houses in the vicinity, one is not habitable, and we never saw anybody in the other one. The hosts are excellent, with excellent communication and were very helpful with travel plans/island info and were very attentive while we were there. Definitely plan on returning!

Just WOW!!

Sea Breeze is an amazing home with a great Caribbean vibe and unbelievable view that's right on the ocean! The sound of the waves crashing and the gentle ocean breeze at night while you sleep revives you for the next day's activities. The house was exceptionally clean and organized. Charle (pronounced as Charlie) was such a kind a intelligent property manager who went above the call of duty to make everything flow effortlessly in settling in for the duration. The owners of Sea Breeze are the most gracious of people that are open to any questions you have to offer up about the property and the island. I will definitely stay there next time. I won't look any further for accommodations. Thanks again Wally and Alex and Charle. You guys are awesome hosts.

The ultimate peaceful and relaxing vacation spot

In one word: Amazing! We stayed at the SeaBreeze for 8 nights and it was a great experience. We are a family of 6 and had plenty of room in the house. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The living room area has a window door to the beautiful deck area with stairs to access the beach. The beach was amazing and made our visit to San Salvador the perfect family vacation. Wally and Alex are great hosts. Immediately after we made the reservation, they reached out and provided very detailed information and tips to make sure our visit will be great. They answered all our questions and concerns and checked in on us every once in a while to make sure we are all set. Alex and Wally introduced us to 2 great people: Charlie, the property manager and Nardo a local chef that cooked delicious meals for us. Charlie is a great person. He was very attentive to our needs and made sure we are comfortable in the house. As he knows everyone on the island, he put us in contact with local guides for a variety of ocean activities. Bottom line, if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, this is the place to be.

Best Experience Ever!

We booked the trip and the host sent us vital information to ensure that we had the best trip ever. With their assistance, I was able to book a vehicle and make other arrangements on the island. This was family vacation. Once we arrived, the host arranged for us to be greeted at the airport and escorted to the property. It was a wonderful and smooth reception. At the property, the sights are breathtaking, from you land, to when you leave. The house was very clean and smelt nice. There were also extras provided in the home that added to the comfort of our stay, like mosquito repellant and sunscreen. The beds are comfortable, there were too many rooms in the house for our family of six :). All the rooms in the home are massive and allow for breeze to flow through. Bathrooms are well situated and beautiful, showers provide hot water. The outside catered to our beach ventures, with outside showers and a beautiful deck to lounge on. Oh! And I cannot forget the updated kitchen appliances and utensils that allowed for coffee making, preparing meals and feeding the family. Throughout the stay the host checked on us to ensure we were enjoying it. These hosts are super hosts in our eyes! Can't wait to visit San Salvador again and stay at Wally & Alex's place!

Exquisite piece of paradise!

A perfect location for those seeking peace and tranquility. A real away for it all house vacation! The place is located in an oasis of palm trees and directly on an incredible white/pink sand beach. We were alone on this beach to enjoy 14 amazing sunsets. There is a beautiful pathway leading to a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The outdoor shower is a must! It is also possible to snorkel directly in front of the house since there are rock formations. The house itself is very large and airy with its octagonal shape. All the essentials are there. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular. Waking up every morning to the first rays of the sun is certainly a highlight of our holiday. The owners are incredible, They were so helpful and caring before and during our stay, They gave us great references for car rental, island contacts and other organizational tips. Charlie, the caretaker was very respectful of our privacy and ready to assist us when we had questions or needed help. We already miss Sea Breeze and San Sal. We will definitely go back! Thank you so much Alex and Wally for sharing your place of paradise with us.
