The first level of this home features convenient access to a single-car garage, ample storage space for your ski/snowboard or mountain biking gear, and in-suite laundry with a washer/dryer unit to keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.
On the second level, the chef in your family will be delighted with the large kitchen, boasting granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. A few steps up from the kitchen, the bar and dining area provide just enough separation to keep the kitchen uncrowded while maintaining an open-concept layout for easy entertaining.

This property has 1 parking stall in the underground parkade. The garage height is 2.36m (7'8").
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
