Come stay in this newly renovated historic property.

This downstairs unit, of a freestanding historic duplex, was built in 1903, the same year the Wright Brothers made their historic flight. As a tribute, this unit has been completely redesigned with propeller ceiling fans and state of the art technology.

You will have the entire downstairs floor (approx. 1100 square feet) to yourselves.

Everything (bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, living room, furnishings) are new as of May 2022. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Watch your favorite shows on the 75" OLED smart TV, or enjoy a glass of wine on your private patio oasis while you plan your stay in beautiful downtown Wilmington.

Easy access to the Castle Arts District and walking distance to the shops and restaurants on the Riverwalk!

All essentials are provided - linens, towels, washer/dryer, etc. Two bedrooms (1 king; 1 queen), and a fully stocked kitchen, ideal for long-term stays.

The house is very modern, clean and stylish. The beds are very comfortable. There is a lovely little garden sitting area which was quiet and peaceful. Location is fantastic. The host is very responsive and lots of information provided about Wilmington and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will book again!

Perfect little landing place

Everything was thought of-eye masks, chargers, soap and detergent, plenty of towels. Very nice and upgraded.

Highly recommend for a downtown ILM visit. Halfway between the waterfront and the Cargo District. Well appointed downstairs apartment, super nice and helpful hosts.

A great stay in Wilmington

This was a great place in a great location. We arrived and there was fruit and water in the refrigerator. The place was stocked with coffee too. Such a nice surprise after a long drive. The place was super clean and looks just like the pictures. The outdoor patio was really nice too!

Great space, great location, responsive property owners, and such comfortable beds! This property was such a great landing pad for my husband and I on our recent trip to Wilmington! Comfortable, clean and well equipped with all you need! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Wilmington. The snacks were such a thoughtful gesture and most appreciated! Overall score, 5 stars!

Perfect!

Beginning with the warm welcome that included fruit, water, and other goodies we had everything we needed for our longer term stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was plenty of coffee and all the spices you could want. It was very clean with comfortable beds. We enjoyed being able to walk to Riverwalk and many restaurants.

Beautiful place!

Lovely first floor duplex! Lots of special touches, including snacks and food, and all kinds of appliances and dishes in the kitchen. Shiney and new! Excellent hosts who assisted with getting my pillow back that I left behind.

Wonderful

This was by far the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in & we have stayed in many. Very clean, new fun decor, comfortable beds, & well stocked. We appreciated the snacks & food items that were there for us! The back patio was an added bonus we enjoyed. The location was great for us. We could walk to the riverfront & not worry about parking. Thank you thank you for the time & effort you put into making this a special rental!

Love Wilmington!

This is a great property. Very clean and great attention to “snack details”😁. Had everything we needed and then some. Bed was very comfy. The only thing is that the vanity area in the bathroom is quite small. But not a deal breaker.

This is such a lovely rental! Impeccably clean, comfortable and cozy. The host went above and beyond, leaving food, snacks and over a dozen assorted coffee pods for us to enjoy. It has an extremely well-appointed kitchen and so many nice amenities. Excellent location a few blocks from downtown and the river. Easy in and out, street parking right outside the door. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Met and exceeded our expectations

We had a great time exploring the riverwalk and cargo district during a weekend stay at this location. While the pictures are accurate they don’t quite capture this space fully. The only underwhelming aspect was the limited footprint of the bathroom. The space is rather compact. Every other aspect of this stay was superb. I’d especially recommend morning coffee or a night cap in the patio space around the side.

Home away fom home

This lovely townhome became our “Oasis” for three weeks while our home was undergoing repairs. Jeff and Dan were accommodating, accessible, and so helpful during a challenging time. The ease of parking, the welcoming treats, and all of the design elements made us feel immediately at home. The unit is beautifully decorated with first class amenities, every need has been anticipated, and the patio is a peaceful retreat. As an added benefit, we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood (Kids Making It and Jester’s Café are must stops) and the walkable proximity of the riverfront. We highly recommend this townhome and would give it more than 5 stars if we could!

The Perfect Getaway!

We celebrated our Anniversary here, and it was perfect. The property managers went out of their way to make it a memorable stay. we stepped inside and there was music, and it was our song! Fresh fruit and snacks, and many other thoughtful items that made us feel truly special. The house was spotless and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The "Oasis" was such an unexpected treat. the pics don't do it justice. We had our coffee there every morning and enjoyed sitting out there at night listening to the soothing sounds of the fountain and enjoying the lights and many plants. The location was convenient to the Riverwalk and many restaurants and shopping. Also close by were many attractions as well as the Beaches. It was a perfect getaway for us and I highly recommend staying here! Thank you Jeff and Dan! Your are Excellent Hosts!

Best VRBO stay ever no exaggeration

The host Jeff went over the top for us. We could not believe how stocked up we are. 10/10 stars;) The place was absolutely perfect. It was clean, modern, and fully stocked. Jeff heard we were there for the Ironman so he left us healthy snacks, water and fruit. In each room there was a luggage rack, laundry basket, full closet, lamp and chargers on each nightstand. The laundry room included detergent, drying rack, beach towels, over a dozen miscellaneous useful items a guest may need. The kitchen was as good as a home kitchen. The lights, music, smart tv all made it the best long weekend. Easy check in, nothing expected at check out, I cannot say enough. Amazing.

Perfect

Great location, great place and great host!!! The place is spectacular! The electronics are state of the art including a huge OLED TV. The host was so thoughtful, providing fruit, snacks and charcuterie. The beds are great, the linens and towels were top notch and every conceivable item you could need and then some, we’re all provided by the host. The facility is charming and immaculate. This exceeded all of our expectations and I can’t conceive of a higher recommendation. Thank you for a most pleasant four night stay.
