Secondary unit in a beautiful Mediterranean style house with a private entrance. This unit includes a bedroom with a seating area and TV, as well as another bedroom with a set of bunk beds. There is also a living room that has a sofa bed. It also comes with a 65’ 4K smart TV with a kitchen adjacent to it. There is a luxury bathroom with marble countertops and tile floors and a shower with three shower heads. Along with, there is a private pool with a seating area and a hot tub that can be heated
The space
Located in Tarpon Springs, just two minutes from Sunset and Fred Howard Park beach, and the Pinellas Trail. Close to Tarpon Springs’s famous Sponge Docks in Greek-town as well as the main downtown area with multiple fine dining and water front restaurants and shops. Only a 15-20 minute drive to Clearwater Beach, which is North America’s number one rated beach. If you want venture out, Tampa is 30 minutes away with various activities and attractions to visit such as Busch Gardens, Hyde Park Village, Premium Outlets, and Raymond James Stadium. Orlando is only two hours away where you can visit multiple theme parks. Additional services can be provided by us such as food, entertainment and luxury car rental.
