Part of the Linville Land Harbor community, this two-bedroom retreat features on-site access to a suite of resort style features including a pool, sports courts, and fishing. At home, enjoy outdoor living on the breezy, covered deck furnished with a table, firepit, and patio heater for all-season enjoyment.

The kitchen comes ready for home cooking with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The Keurig coffee maker offers single-serve convenience for morning brews. After the day's adventures, unwind around the living room fireplace while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Added perks include smart TVs in both bedrooms, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Primary guests will enjoy private access to a en suite bathroom. An additional full bathroom is located immediately outside the second bedroom door.

Lovely getaway

This was a very clean and lovely space. We enjoyed our downtime here while we weren’t out taking advantage of nature.

Very Accommodating

We were very pleased with Vacasa’s customer service. We originally booked a different location. Upon arrival we were very displeased with the cleanliness of the house. We felt very uncomfortable and did not want to stay one night there. We sent pictures to Vacasa and expressed our disappointment. Within an hour Vacasa found this beautiful location for us! We were so pleased with everything! It was clean and the perfect amount of amenities for our romantic weekend! I would recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be back

Disappointed.

In the listing for the property, they advertised that we have access to a nearby clubhouse with a game room and billiards room and other things. We went up on a guide trip and we planned to spend Saturday playing pool and foosball and ping pong and the like. When we got up there, we needed a code to get in. We called Vacasa and they didn't have the code. They said that their local office would call me. I spent 2 hours calling, texting and sending emails. Code and no one could give it to me. The local Vacasa office still has never contacted me. It may not seem like a big deal but it's just frustrating because if not for the amenities that they advertised, we would have stayed somewhere else. It was just frustrating that we couldn't get a hold of anybody and then no one would get back to us. Poor show.

Misrepresented and Disappointed

My wife is a big Wizard of Oz fan, so for her birthday I got our family tickets to Land of Oz in September. I’m the house, it was me, my wife, a 3yo and a 1yo. The house had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. However, here are the main things that went wrong. 1st, the blinds in the bedroom were knotted half-way open. I called Vacasa (No way ti contact owners) and they said they would send someone out the next day. Never came, so we slept with our blinds open. 2nd, the wifi is terrible. You have to login in every time you want to use it. 3rd, we were unable to stream on any tv. Spent all morning the first day trying to reboot, reset, etc to get it to work. Kept getting the same error message. My wife called about this one and again, no solution was supplied. 4th, the description in the ad was misleading. There were no stainless steel appliances, the heat lamp had no propane, the gas fire pit was broken, and the grill was rusted and had a moldy hotdog in the base of it. There were very few dishes. Glad my family has a sense of humor. The place was pretty awful.

Land Harbor Landing

We enjoyed our stay. It was just right for me and my husband. It was close to all we wanted to see and do. The Mile High Swinging Bridge at Grandfather Mountain was spectacular!! The house was clean and the furniture comfortable! The layout of the home was fantastic and the decor was very tastefully done! The kitchen was perfect! The deck was nice with the glider rockers! Such a nice and quiet and relaxing trip! Can’t wait to come back!

Mountain Getaway Gem

The house has a clean, simple style with everything you need for comfort. Spacious rooms, quality linens and toiletries. Technology works great ( WiFi can be challenging in the higher elevations but no issues here) , kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils for meal prep, The outdoor deck was our favorite space to rock in the glider chairs and enjoy the fall beauty views and temperatures. There is a new gas grill and fire table for chilly days. The location was very convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Linville, Newland, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock and Boone. It is nestled in a beautiful wooded resort around a lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will come back again!
