New Dover Bay Vacation home - Big Time!

This brand new modern mountain two en suite bedroom cabin + a massive loft is ideally suited for two families. The community is just 3 miles west of Sandpoint Idaho. USA Today named Sandpoint, "One of the top 10 picture perfect mountain towns and a Norman Rockwell meets Ansel Adams Classic. A four seasons town with so much to offer."

The outdoor, wrap around deck includes a private hot tub, large BBQ, outdoor dining + a sofa, chairs and foot stools/coffee table facing a fireplace.

Enjoy the open living space with reclining sofa and chairs facing a fireplace and smart tv. The dining area is behind the sofa and includes comfortable leather chairs and a large bench. The spacious kitchen has high end appliances and plenty of counter space.

The large master has a king bed, smart tv, desk with dual monitors, and an en suite bathroom equipped with a steam shower and dual shower heads. The walk-in closet has plenty of room for your belongings.

The guest room also has a king bed, smart tv, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom.

The loft is a dream for your kiddos. There are double full-size bunk beds, a sectional, smart tv, and even their own heat/AC. Not to mention, they have their own bathroom. You may not see them unless you promise to take them to all of the outdoor fun the area provides.

Lake Pend Oreille offers of parks, boat launches, fishing, picnic sites and other attractions and facilities. Dover Bay Marina is within walking distance and where you can rent boats, kayaks, jet skis, and more. You can walk to the Dover city beach, park and many trails.

Schweitzer mountain is less than 15 miles to the top and fun in the winter with skiing, snow biking, and sledding and in the summer with mountain biking, hiking, and much more.

2025 Idaho vacation

This rental was very spacious and clean!! Very high tech appliances. Gormet style kitchen. We loved our rental. I highly recommend it!

Great place to stay!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our home we rented. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, great amenities, everything we could have needed and more! We would stay here again! It has a beautiful master bedroom shower with steam shower option with dual shower heads. Bidet toilet in the master bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The beds were super cozy. The upstairs loft was awesome for the kids. They slept like kings and queens. Super cool built in bunk beds. Extremely comfortable! Great couch and TV set up. They felt like they had their own appartment. They were very content being up there. The other guest bedroom was awesome too! My friends who joined us slept in there. They said the bed was adjustable and very comfortable also. The bathroom and bedroom had everything we needed and more! The hot tub was lovely in the evening after we went out. We didn't use the fire places like we thought we would but I we definitely would have if it was colder. I loved the fact that the kitchen had some spices and things to cook with. The kitchen was beautiful! I felt very at home. I loved they had keurig coffee pods available also. We replenished the coffee supplies because we drank so much of it. I am so grateful we choose this place to stay when we came to Sandpoint. We definitely will be back soon! We left some food goodies and beverages behind to bless the next family. ❤️🍷 I would highly recommend staying here!

This Property Delivers!!!

We live in the Seattle area but are super familiar w/ the Sandpoint/Dover area as we were married in Dover a few years back. Our family planned a trip over to ski at Schweitzer Mtn. which is literally 15-25 minutes away from this location in Dover. Overall, the property was clean, well appointed, easy to access, and a perfect fit for our family of 6. Brent and the property mgmt. team were communicative and easy going which also made the trip over seamless. I'm sure we'll be back to Sandpoint/Dover in the coming months/years and if so, this property will be high on our list of return properties to rent! Thanks, Brent for the awesome stay! The Jacoy's

Stay in Dover Bay

We were very happy with our stay at Brent and Marie's house. The property was immaculately clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and overall the house felt very new. The property was great for adults and kids - with two large king rooms on the main level and a bunk room for the kids upstairs. The property is in a great location; ~5 minutes from Sandpoint and ~30 minutes from the skiing in winter. The owners were very responsive when we had questions or minor issues arise. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

New Years 2023

Wow! Wow! Wow! A beautiful and spacious home - CLEAN, modern, well decorated and every upgrade you could imagine or need! The kitchen is well stocked and has ample dishware, cookware, utensils, ETC! The owner is wonderful to work with: good communication and check in was easy! Great location to the Lake, to Sandpoint and to Schweitzer Mountain! The Hot Tub and outdoor entertainment area was a bonus after getting home from the slopes! We definitely recommend this rental property and look forward to our return!

My family and I were lucky enough to find this beautiful house in an extremely friendly community. The house was new and updated with nice appliances. The location could not have been better. Only 8 minutes drive to Sandpoint and walking distance to the marina. There is a great restaurant next to the marina called Dish which is an awesome place to eat and enjoy the sunset. All in all it was a 5 star experience.

Great Property

The property was great and we loved it. Very close to Dover Marina, nice beds, very nice BBQ and the pation was great and included a hot tub. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

I can't say enough good things about our time in this gorgeous home in Dover Bay, ID. The home is truly beautiful, cozy, well-appointed, and perfect for so many configurations of guests. I was traveling for work. My husband and two other couples came along to enjoy skiing at Schweitzer and all the wonderful things in Sandpoint. The house has plenty of private spaces for three couples, but it could also be just as perfect for a large family. We loved the furniture so much that we asked for links to purchase. Two of the couples are renovating homes and plan to purchase similar pieces in the near future. The owners are very responsive, kind, and down to earth. When we arrived, the hot tub needed some attention and the owners were great about working with us. They gave us a small refund for our troubles -even after I assured them we did not need that! I highly recommend this property. If you stay here in the winter, rent an Igloo at Dish restaurant. It was an amazing experience. Dinner at Dish was also very good. This may be the best VRBO experience I have ever had, and I travel frequently.

Ski trip getaway

Absolutely wonderful property for 2 families of 5 (4 adults, 6 kids age 2-9). Quiet, safe, clean walkable neighborhood. Only 20 min to top of Schweitzer. The loft area w bunk room was great for kids space so adults could relax downstairs. Modern high end amenities made for a fabulous long weekend. Lastly property manager Brent was super friendly and accommodating who even Amazon primed a pack and play for the 2 year old last minute. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing

This home far exceeded our expectations for relaxation and comfort. Everything about this home was of the highest quality and well-appointed. We enjoyed our ski trip, and to return home was blissful. The hot tub, steam shower, comfort of the furniture, and layout - everything was truly wonderful. This home will be our top choice for our next visit. I have only the highest recommendation.

Location Location Location No Matter the Season!

Cozy, beautiful newly modern vacation home with hot tub. Close to the lake and convenient location to Sandpoint. If you just want to hang out at the house; go ski/snowboard; boat or paddle board at the lake; or walk downtown its perfect for all outdoor seasons. Our family looks forward to renting this property again!

A Canadian and an American got married, had two awesome kids and agreed Sandpoint was the best of both nations. Our family loves outdoor sports and activities. Golfing at Idaho Club, boating on the lake and skiing at Schweitzer is what brought us to Dover.
