We’re very sorry to hear that the presence of cockroaches negatively impacted your family’s stay. We understand how upsetting and uncomfortable this must have been, especially with your children being afraid to sleep in their rooms. During the stay, our team responded to the concern and offered to have the unit treated, but we understand your decision not to have chemicals applied while your family was staying in the home. We also escalated the matter to the HOA, as pest control for the property is managed by them. Following your stay, we reviewed the situation and provided a refund. We’re sorry that the resolution did not meet your expectations. We value your feedback and have shared the issue with the appropriate team to help ensure it is properly addressed.

Thank you for staying with us at Legacy. We truly appreciate this feedback as it gives us the chance to fix what is unsatisfactory with the unit. Please note however that Benchmark is not responsible for the entry gate keypad, this has to be addressed by the HOA of the complex. We have reached out to them and have asked them to make the necessary checks to ensure that this will not be an issue for future stays. In regards to the codes, please note that our guidebook sent to guests have all the updated codes with the correct key/ symbol. If for any reason during your stay the codes do not work, we are always here to assist and can be contacted via text, phone call or even email. We are happy that you had a great stay and would love to welcome you again. Regards, Benchmark Management
