Make the best of your next adventure and stay at this beachfront Lake Michigan upper-level retreat! Four bedrooms and three bathrooms make this condo ideal for large families and groups alike. Spend memorable evenings enjoying the breeze and taking in the views of Sleeping Bear Bay at South Manitou Island. The condo features a well-appointed living area with a fireplace and a flatscreen TV with cable, a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances needed to whip up everything that comes to mind, and an eight-person dining table. Additional amenities include a cozy loft, high-speed WiFi, and an on-site washer/dryer.

Please note that this property does not have A/C.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great views, roomy, well stocked with supplies and comfortable beds. I suggest the owners stock more coffee mugs, the master bathroom sink has a slow drain, and some of the window cranks need adjustment. It's a great place to go star gazing.

Peaceful, fun, family-friendly location!

Beautiful location. The house is amazing. We loved that it was so well stocked with board games. It’s clear that supplies were well thought of to make our time enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. Fall vacation was a great choice for this location.

Perfect Easy Getaway Right on Lake Michigan

Perfect spot right on the beach- incredible views of Sleeping Bear Point and the Manitou Islands. Can’t beat the location. Large/spacious unit with room for everyone to spread out. Would definitely visit again.

Beautiful peaceful place on the shore of Lake Michigan

You can't beat the location and views from this property. While there were only two of us, the property can easily accommodate (4) couples. Glen Arbor is a very nice little town and a great place to enjoy the Sleeping Bear Dunes park and attractions.

10 year anniversary trip was wonderful

Beautiful location right on the water. Gorgeous views of the sunsets right outside the living room. Cozy and luxurious home away from home. We loved it so much we are coming back next year!

Spectacular views!

This beautiful spacious condo had amazing views of Lake Michigan! Everything was clean and well maintained. It’s just a short walk to the beach to relax or enjoy the sunsets. My family has stayed here a few times and we have always had a great time!

Great location

We rented this for our family kayak outing. Kayaking on the Crystal River, and then going to the Dunes made for a wonderful weekend. The quaint downtown nearby and the Lake Michigan beach right outside the door made this the best spot ever! The rental itself needs some maintenance, but it was nothing to ruin the stay.

Beautiful lakefront condo

Lakefront with fantastic views. Spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Close to town, wineries and activities. Property management company was very friendly and helpful.

Great condo, great views, great adventures

Spacious condo had big rooms and amazing views. Kitchen was adequate for our group, although in a condo this size, more bowls (cereal/soup size) would be nice as well as a few more pans. Crockpot was a great help! Beds were huge and comfortable, even the pull-out! Entire condo was clean and a nice homebase for our adventures.

Amazing views, amazing space

This condo has so much space! It's bright and airy. When we weren't out on the beach, we had our faces pressed up against the windows to watch the world go by. Plenty of room on the couch to congregate as a family and huge dining table to share meals. We did find the very, very firm beds uncomfortable and found some minor maintenance and cleaning issues, but nothing that would keep us from returning to this place. In fact, we discussed returning before we even left!

Fruit flys ruined our stay

The fruit flys were sold bad that they ruined our stay. We were unable to use the kitchen or the living room because of the swarm of fruit flies. The location was great and the access to beach and town was excellent but the fruit flys truly did ruin the stay

Great condo. Great location. Nice view

Very nice Condo. No air conditioning which we didn’t realize until we got there. Most days and nights you wont need it. Plenty of windows and fans. Could be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Very busy Condo complex. Had a late night piano player beside us. Work crews in the morning. Appliances all worked well. Would rent again.

Great Space, View & Location

Rented this condo for a family weekend (6 adults and 3 children) and it was a great size for our family! The kids could run out to the beach easily and it was close to downtown Glen Arbor for quick bites to eat. Also conveniently located to be a short 30min drive to wineries as well as a quick trip to the Dunes. The condo has some older finishes with windows that are difficult to open, a couple of broken lamps, firm mattresses and tears on the couch, but these things did not impact the quality of our trip :) We will be renting from this complex again for sure and would not pass up this unit.

Terrific condo for our group of 10

The view, beach access and comfort for our group of 6 adults and 4 children was fantastic. Our children in the group were young so fit multiple to a bed easily and then had a blow up mattress on the floor. The large beds worked for us but could make it harder if your party wasn’t comfortable sharing beds. The location requires you to go up stairs to get in, so although there are main floor bedrooms all members of your party will need to use stairs. The kitchen is smaller and has basic cooking equipment but we found it worked well to make dinner in most nights. Despite being connected to other units we found it quiet and private. The walk to the water was shorter than anticipated from pictures and even the smaller beach area (due to high water) was great for playing and enjoying the lake. The loft area and living room both have TVs and we found it east to make the loft into a kid area when they needed their own space. The master bathroom has an enormous shower that was so convenient to wash up kids after being at the beach. We have already reserved this spot for next year because we were so pleased! Easy trip into town and nice walking trails and local entertainment with events at the observatory and in the nearby Village at the Homestead. Several cute beach towns in driving distance. Overall great spot!

Bare minimum rental - spend your money somewhere else!!!

Besides the view and how spacious this condo was, everything else was extremely disappointing. Working with a big property managing company like Vacaso(?) is so frustrating and felt like we weren’t ever communicating with a real person. We were denied early check in, denied late check out (despite there being no other guest the days leading up to or after our stay, and having a long POWER OUTAGE disrupting our ability to pack up quickly) by an AI generated response. Worst of all, this place is DIRTY - every corner had dust, dead flies, dirt, etc. While it all appeared clean at first, once we settled in we realized how dirty it was. Toaster didn’t work, half the windows were broken, multiple lights didn’t work, could not lower temp in fridge so everything inside froze. It’s decorated so poorly like someone did it with a 100 budget - all mismatched furniture and art work, all wall art hanging crooked, etc. There were huge window screens just sitting on the living room floor apparently waiting to be installed or something, but taking up the whole space and getting the carpet dirty with dead flies. Like we walked into a construction site.Obviously this is out of the control of the owner, but there were tons of flies and bugs at the beach. Wind helped one day.While the homestead property and Glen Arbor areas are wonderful, do yourself a favor and find an individual who owns a single rental and actually takes pride in their space to rent from. Vacasa is a total joke.

Great place for a family gathering

This was the perfect condo for us to ring in the new year with our growing family. The 4 bedrooms allowed us to spend the weekend with our adult children and teens and the gathering space is spacious enough to share meals and games. The kids are already asking to return next year!

Nice beach view second floor unit

We enjoyed our stay but you do have to climb a floor and 1/2 to get to main floor of unit. Comfortable and clean cook where was spotty though.

Great Location

This is our second stay in this condo, and both were great stays. With four couples, we had plenty of room to gather together, or to separate as required. Very comfortable, and the views simply cannot be beat. We love staying at the Homestead!

Great location and property

For a group of 8, this property worked great. Great location close to town (just a little tricky to find at first. ) Nice view onto the lake. Kitchen was stocked but if you need an extra towel, you'll need to bring your own. Would like to come back in summer to enjoy the beach.
