The location can’t be beat. This home has access to shared frontage on Lake Michigan so spending all day at the lake can be achieved with ease. For extra fun on the water, make use of the four kayaks and life vests provided for guests. For added convenience when returning from the beach, there is a fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold running water and a separate foot wash.

Back home, the front deck is calling your name - it's the perfect spot in the home to view the beautiful sunsets. Back inside, prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen. Or take the party outside for a leisurely cookout.

With quality furnishings, this home is the epitome of cozy. Spend chilly nights snuggled up during a movie. At night, rest well in each beautiful bedroom that has been uniquely outfitted with comfort in mind.

Awesome House near the Beach

We absolutely loved staying at this fabulous house with the most perfect location, a short walk to the beautiful private beach and downtown Glen Arbor. The bedrooms and bathrooms and well stocked kitchen accommodated our large extended family easily. We would love to stay at this house again!! l

A perfect place for our family to gather and unwind

I’ve been vacationing in Glen Arbor for over 30 years. This is probably one of our best times simply because the location was perfect. We have young adult children and we all had great ways to enjoy the trip, sometimes as a whole group, or as a couple or alone. In other words, everyone made this trip what they wanted. We all spent time enjoying the beach and kayaking. Some of us biked the Heritage Trail (practically across the street), we spent a lot of time reading, shopping in town and of course eating too much with all the beautiful restaurants and treats within walking distance. The price was on the high end for us and it looks like it’s going up. So I don’t know if we’ll be able to make it back. But that’s the beauty of renting - we have the joy of trying new spaces and locations!

wonderful time.

we have stayed at this house. I believe four times now so obviously we’re very happy with it. It’s close to everything Lake, Michigan, and the walk to Glen. Arbor is only a few minutes walk. more pricey than it was last time we stayed so I’m not sure if we’ll be back but we did love the place.

Glen Arbor

This house was amazing and had plenty of room for all of us. Bathrooms galore, and a teeny walk to the beautiful beach. Town was in walking distance and we enjoyed shopping and dining.Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful lake side stay

This was a short summer family vacation around Labor Day. Thé location is pristine, very calm and quiet. Perfect getaway for R&R. Glen arbor town is easily accessible and has everything you need including a great park with activities for kids, tennis and pickle ball. The house is spacious and well furnished. Only issue was the musky smell, and perhaps hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while. Lots of dusty rugs, sand, dirt everywhere, and the soft lighting makes for some dark gloomy spots throughout the house. The water pressure in the bathrooms is unsteady so sometime difficult to shower when it’s just a trickle. There were a lot of flies / fruit flies in the kitchen area. Overall, I’d go back. Perhaps better prepared for next visit and with reset expectations. The location is unbeatable. For longer stays though, having a cleaner house would be super helpful! We were 10 people so had abundant space, privacy and fun activities. Lake Michigan is simply spectacular and a short 2 min walk from the house! Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets as well swimming in the refreshing cool waters!

Location, location, location

Honestly you cannot beat the location and it fits a larger group. I love the beach shared only with neighbors. Home could use some updates as it is a bit dated.

Great house for large group

We were 6 couple and all had our own bedrooms with four full baths. Table was large enough to accommodate any meals and lots of cards and dice games. Make sure to walk down to the water no matter what time of year you are staying. Luckily the house made up for the management company (Vacasa) who has terrible customer service. Was a much better stay when LVR was managing it.

So much room!

With 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms, there was so much room for our 3-generation family to be together or have quiet time. It’s a beautiful location walkable to town or beach (even in December).

Friend’s wedding get away

We stayed here for a friend’s wedding in Glen Arbor. We really enjoyed the town, the Dunes but most importantly the house! The time we were able to spend with friends because of this house were the best times of the weekend.

Great Location!

Loved the location of this home....walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop! Very spacious home....everyone felt like they had space. We had a lovely week!

Met His Parents

Enjoyed this home in advance of Labor Day 2019. We were joined by our daughter's domestic partner's parents - who came from Brazil! They were awestruck by both the lake and the home. Home was very clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Located on a quiet street a very short stroll from the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect!! Steps away from the lake and a very short walk to town. Perfect for our large family gathering. Would have really enjoyed outdoor chairs for the deck, as it was a beautiful weekend.

Walk to beach and town

House accommodates many people and walking distance to everything. Well kept and many extras. Disappointed that listing says on Lake Michigan because it’s not. Really not much view either and that’s what I thought we were getting based on the listing.
