The block home is a spacious three bedroom, two bathroom cottage with an additional screened in back patio to serve as a bonus outdoor living room. The golf cart is available to be use only for driving down to the riverside side restaurants such as McRae's, Monkey Bar, The Fridge, Freezer, etc.

Located in Old Historic Homosassa we are a 5-minute walk to the river hosting all the charming restaurants, monkey island, and McRae's marina. The old mill tavern is literally within earshot and the sugar mill ruins right beside make a nice morning or evening stroll. The Ellie Schiller state park is just down the road about a half mile.

Guests will need a vehicle for travel to neighboring towns.

The golf cart is not street legal and will require that reserving guests sign a liability waiver for use. It can only be driven down to the river on our side.
