All windows and sliding doors have custom blackout blinds to prevent sunlight entering the rooms when you want to sleep in or take a mid-day siesta.



BATHROOMS

The marble and wood counters give the bathrooms a luxury spa feel. They are well-stocked with quality bath, beach, hand, and face towels.



KITCHEN

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts beautiful designer granite countertops and top-tier stainless steel appliances. A full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher are at your disposal.



LIVING / DINING

The spacious living room contains a large smart TV, and the custom oversized couch is ideal for relaxing and watching your favorite TV shows. A seamless dining area connects the kitchen and living room to provide ample, comfortable space for meals.



However, the real gem of this condo is the large private balcony with patio furniture on which you can lounge while enjoying the city's skyline view and mesmerizing sunsets.



NOTE: There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends (white noise machines are provided).



COMMON AREAS - D'ESIRE

The common area rooftop provides a sparkling infinity pool, heated year-round—a rare find among Puerto Vallarta condos—along with a relaxing jacuzzi, multiple lounge and seating areas, and gorgeous views of Puerto Vallarta's Old Town. Neighborhood

The Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town AKA Emiliano Zapata is the most happening part of Puerto Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is the most popular street and is only one block south of the D'esire building.



The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west where you'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc.



Other things to note

Visitor’s policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.



There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.



You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.



There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends.



Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Renters must be at least 25 years old.

Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
