On the FIRST FLOOR and NO INTERIOR STEPS, and this building has the largest sq. ft. of any 2B/2B condo on the island! Master bedroom is on ocean/pool side of the building. Harbor Haven is on the first floor of an elevated building with a flight of 8 steps.. Once inside, there are no additional steps to bedrooms. The cleverly-designed floor plan has the 2nd bed/bath near the entrance. The master bed/bath are on the opposite side. This arrangement is more desirable than having both bedrooms on the entrance side of the building. Pets: one small dog may be allowed.

Monthly bookings (28+ nights) from Oct. 1- March 31 with greatly reduced rates are available. You can save the 10% transient accommodations tax by staying a minimum of 90 nights!

Since Harbor Island is a private gated community with a security team, please carefully review the entire rental agreement before you accept it. There are regulations to protect the wildlife, our pristine shoreline, and the enjoyment of other guests and residents.

Also, because we're a private gated community, there is a gate/parking fee on rental properties. This fee is NOT INCLUDED in your rental quote. The cost is $10 Per night plus $15 so for a 6 night stay it would be $75 per pass. The OWNER must purchase your gate pass(es). You pay the OWNER directly by Venmo, PayPal, by check or credit card.

Recent bathroom and kitchen cabinets, new flooring, granite countertops, All three TVs are either smart or equipped with Roku to allow you to use your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Target, etc.. (Bring your streaming log-in and password information!) Free WiFi with high speed fiber-optic internet access. New HVAC system offers efficient and quiet heating and cooling with no need to switch between. Just set your desired temperature.

Recent updates include newer sofa sleeper with inner springs and foam top, new leather recliner, and new drapes in living room and master. All boardwalks have been upgraded and repaired to include handrails.

Harbor Island is close to everything you might want or need, but far enough away to be the relaxing haven you deserve. Sit quietly overlooking the sparkling pool and watch the ocean just beyond the undulating dunes. You can relax on the balcony while watching your kids at the pool! The approximate 2 1/2 mile beach is steps down the boardwalk and over the dunes to the sandy beach. At low tide, the beach seems to stretch forever.

The island is a sanctuary to several bird and marine life forms. The egrets fly into the island’s lagoons like a descending white cloud, settling in for the evening just above the lurking alligators. Harbor Island is also a sea turtle sanctuary as well as home to dolphins, geckos, horseshoe crabs and many other species.

This comfortable and tastefully furnished two bedroom villa has everything you need for the perfect vacation. Whether you are looking for a quiet relaxing beach to follow dolphins swimming along the shore or an area with many diverse activities, this is your island paradise. The villa is located on the first floor with master bedroom and living room looking out to the ocean and the building's own private pool. In the evening, enjoy the sea breeze on the balcony.

This first floor villa has parking just at the entrance, providing convenience and ease of check in. It is incredibly furnished with a pillow top king-size mattress in the master bedroom, Ethan Allen furniture, flat screen TV, and mirrored door closet. The guest bedroom has a queen-size pillow top mattress, is furnished in rattan, and has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower. As a suite, the guest bedroom closes off from the other living areas. There is also a living room sleeper sofa with queen-size mattress. The balcony features a smaller table and chairs

Harbor Island is a gated community with about 2 1/2 miles of private beach, a clubhouse with Olympic-size swimming pool, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball, basketball, and more. Only minutes away, visit Hunting Island State Park. It offers a Nature Conservancy with nature trails and an historic light house. Nearby Fripp Island has world-class golf courses only minutes away. For the culturally minded, the historic town of Beaufort is only 14 miles away with entertainment, museums, galleries, shopping, and some of the best restaurants on the southeast coastline. Charleston (1 1/2 hrs.) and Savannah (1 hr.) are both great day trips with incredible history and architecture, and of course shopping for those looking for that special souvenir.
