Looking for a peaceful place to enjoy nature after your day at the beach look no farther. Enjoy our newly renovated, air conditioned two-bedroom home with beautiful views of a tidal river. Relax while sitting on your deck with a beverage as you watch all the costal wildlife. Take a kayak out of the front yard into the tidal river or just enjoy hanging out in your fully equipped 2BR condo. If you want to explore further, the quaint coastal towns of Portsmouth NH and Newburyport MA are each 20 minutes away. A short distance to area bars, restaurants, Hampton Beach nightlife and the Casino Ballroom.

Road Trip

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and exactly what we wanted. The pictures do not do this place justice. If you are planning a trip and unsure of your location this is the place to rest your head at night. We packed our trip full , we visited Reid State Park in Maine and had a picnic and also I was able to have one of my BUCKET LIST Meals a Maine Lobster and it was AMAZING!!! We went to Salem had a Hocus Pocus Tour , Boston Celtics Basketball Game, New Haven, Connecticut walked through a portion of Yales Campus and had the best pizza and also drove through New York City, NY and Washington DC on the way home. YESSS We drove from Alabama and were able to pack our trip into all of this.

Loved this Place

Loved the views, the location, the owner and everything in between. Place was super clean and cozy and a wonderful location. Tina and her dog Bodi will make sure you are well taken care of. Highly Recommend!!!!

Fabulously 40

My best friend and I planned a long weekend of R&R as a way to celebrate our 40th birthdays. This place was absolutely what we needed. It is beautiful, easy to get to, has close access to everything you need including the beach, and the hosts were great to communicate with and made it special! We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Quiet neighborhood close to it all

Great location just blocks from North Beach with interesting scenery of the tidal marsh and birds. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck with a book while watching kingfishers, egrets, herons, pipers, and black ducks among others in the marsh. Very comfortable couch and chairs, soft sheets, and well/stocked kitchen. For a delicious breakfast sandwich, make sure to go to Coffee Break Cafe. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice and cosy getaway.

Everything was just perfect: confortable, quiet, with an outstanding view on the salt marsh. Being bird watchers, we were spoiled! The owners were available to answer our questions and gave us very good suggestions. The basket with goodies was very appreciated. We definitely highly recommend your accomodation and would certainly come back.

Great Stay

It is a very clean space with many well thought out amenities. It is within walking distance to the beach and has great views of the adjacent beautiful wet lands. It was a very comfortable place to stay.

Perfect Hampton Getaway!

It's rare to find a rental property that actually matches, let alone surpasses the quality of the home, represented in the ad. This house could not have been more lovely- clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and perfectly located. We spent days at Hampton Beach, in Portsmouth, and just enjoying the goregous surroundings of the house itself. Tina, Jim and Bodi were extremely welcoming and accomodating! Relaxing retreat

We had the most amazing time staying at this beautiful house with wonderful outdoor space. We loved everything from our welcome basket with delicious goodies, to the comfortable accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed the yard and fire pit. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. Extremely friendly hosts and we all loved Bodi dog!

Cute Beach house

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The location is perfect—just a short walk to a stunning rocky beach. We loved the convenience of dropping off our beach gear at the main beach and riding our bikes back. The house itself is absolutely lovely: clean, modern, and decorated with impeccable taste. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We especially enjoyed sitting on the peaceful deck, soaking in the tranquil surroundings. Un coup de coeur

Nous sommes vraiment heureux d'avoir choisi cet endroit parmi plusieurs pour nos vacances. La maison est propre, charmante et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour de belles vacances à la plage. L'environnement est superbe, tranquille , les hôtes, qui vivent à côté, sont à la fois chaleureux et discrets, offrant un accueil vraiment apprécié, qui fait qu'on se sent chez soi. L'emplacement est idéal, permettant d'explorer différentes plages (parfois en voiture). Nous espérons y retourner pour de prochaines vacances.

Relaxing and nostalgic

I spent summers as a child on North Beach. This property was a 10 min walk from the beach and the owners included towels and body boards for our enjoyment! They included a welcome basket with very tasty treats, and were accessible to answer all the questions we had. The beds were very cozy with plenty of pillows. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Greatest Vacation Ever

Everything was perfect ... the rental was exactly as pictured and more .... it felt like home! Cozy, clean and comfortable the rental far exceeded our wildest expectations. The beds were amazing and after providing a solid night of restful sleep one woke to the wonder of sunlight awakening oneself to another wonderful day. The wildlife sightings only added to the completeness of perfection. Would highly recommend" ONCE UPON A TIDE" and be sure to say Hi to the Bodi dog!!!!

Welcoming

Stayed for a few days while visiting family. The place was spotless and comfortable. Tina was very responsive to questions I had. When I arrived I noticed there was not a drip coffee maker. There was a keurig, a kettle and also a french press which given that I like ground coffee would work fine. After mentioning this to Tina, the next day a new drip coffee maker arrived. Would rent again

Perfect quick getaway

We had an amazing. Tina and her husband were so easy and accommodating. The unit was exactly what we expected an extremely clean and well put together. They set up the fire put for us one night. All and all we enjoyed our stay so much and are going return for sure.

Peaceful Beach Retreat

This is a beautiful, 2 bedroom condo that was hard to leave. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. Tina and Jim are excellent hosts and had a wonderful basket full of goodies on the counter along with a personalized welcome greeting and card waiting for us. The deck overlooks a large pond and tidal creek and there is big lawn with a fire pit for cooler evenings. We would definitely stay there again. Larry & Sherri

Beautiful week end

At our arrival , Onwers were on site and took the time to chat with us and went over site with us , very friendly . Outside and interior very clean and well kepted . Owners live on site and if you need something close by to help . Outside fireplace and BBQ etc … excellent

Since my husband has been in the hospitality business for nearly 40 years and friends and family have been visiting since we moved to Hampton beach, we decided to offer our newly renovated rental unit more widely for people wanting to experience our beautiful beach.
There is no better place to relax with your family and friends!
The Hampton Beach area has lots to offer, Beach, swimming, boating, sandcastles, music, shopping, dining, casino, large arcade and more! With plenty around to explore and a beautiful beach to laze the days away, we hope you find as much joy here as we do.

We know you have lots of choices when you choose to vacation in Hampton NH. This might be the perfect place for you if you are looking for a peaceful place to watch the wildlife while sitting on your deck. We are close to the beautiful family oriented North Beach but only a mile from the fun of the main beach. We have stayed at many rental properties throughout our years of travel, and we wanted to try to make all the items available that we like to see in a rental property. If it's not available, let us know and we will try to get it for you.
