Fabulous Shack in the heart of Tellico Plains...

Imagine being on the edge of town, within walking distance to everything with the feeling your in the forest. Every feature in the cabin was either hand made or repurposed. Stained glass was custom made and framed. Floors, walls, ceiling and trim work were all meticulously hand sanded in this six month labor of Love. What once started out as a playhouse for my granddaughters has morphed into this.

Absolutely love this cabin! The hosts are very friendly and gave us great ideas for local restaurants and bakery! We will definitely be staying here again! Nice little get away for me and my husband.

This place is Awsome! We have stayed in many places over the years of travel. This place tops them all. From location, simple check in, price, value and the most of all, the time, effort, and craftmanship that was put into this place is amazing. The host was awsome and very helpful. Tennessee mountain

Perfect place to check out the mountain area. Tellico plains is a great little historical town in a great location.

Amazing location!

Custom built & so many charming details! Location is amazing, just a few mins from the Cherohala Skyway & Tellico Grains Bakery. Prefect fall getaway.

Really enjoyed the cabin decor was great comfortable

Great cabin wished it had a stove bed slumped in the middle but we had everything we needed very clean would love to stay again stay longer

Excellent time we would recommend this place highly David and his wife treated us as family.

Very well maintained decorated with collectible antiques clean well maintained place , we had a great time and were highly impressed with the quality of the care and the facilities David and his wife went above and beyond with the treatment and the interest in our comfort and again highly recommend the stay to everyone 💯😘😁

Very unique cabin but very comfortable! The host is nearby and very helpful. Couldn't ask for a more friendly guy. Highly recommended for couples wanting some time together. I little drive to get to Gatlinburg but well worth it!

Little slice of Americana

Loved staying here! The cabin is very cool, very well decorated! It was comfy and cozy, we hung out here a good bit on vacation while it was hot over the first weekend in July. We enjoyed it!

Charming cabin get away

This is a lovely little cabin, a great place to unwind and relax. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The cabin is convenient to everything in Tellico Plains, the skyway and many other attractions in the area.

The place was cozy, clean, and convenient! This adorable property offered everything we needed for a relaxing weekend in Tellico Plains. The host was helpful and easy to reach. The cabin was well decorated and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The cabin was great. The owners took great pride and detail in building. Very comfortable and extremely clean! The owners checked in to make sure everything was to our specifications!

Getaway Weekend

David's cabin was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway to Tellico Plains. He was ready for us when we got there and showed us the specifics of the property. Located on a quiet road but very close to town made it an ideal location for us to get to all the places we wanted to go quickly. Fully stocked with everything you'd need other than a stove/oven (we just used the outdoor grill). Easy to control temperature and well insulated. 10/10 would stay here again!
