Nestled in a wooded 2.72 acre portion of the owner's 22 acre property, this two-story 3600 sq ft home is perfect for up to 10 people. With an open plan design, the house allows for group cooking, dining, game playing both indoors and outside. Designed by the owner (local architect) to enjoy time with their two boys, the house contains everything you could want - a game room with video games a tv and lots of board games, a library with books for all ages, an outdoor porch to watch wildlife and enjoy relaxing - just to name a few of the features.

Located in Northern Greenville County in South Carolina, the property is a short drive to downtown Greenville Restaurants/Shopping and Falls River Park and Travelers Rest, SC and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The area is great for cyclists, hikers, golfers, hunters and sports fans. Close to several wedding venues including Rose Springs Farm, Aurora Farms, The School House, Lindsey Plantation, Edinburgh West, Pretty Place and many more.

Several golf courses open to public play: Cherokee Valley Golf Course and Club 4 miles, Pebble Creek 6.5 miles, Paris Mountain Golf Club 7.3 miles, Greer Golf 7.9 miles, Furman University Golf Club 8.4 miles, Links of Tryon 9.7 miles.

Cyclists and motorcyclists love to ride north to Highway 11 and then through the scenic watershed area - Campbell's Covered Bridge 6.5 miles, Poinsett Bridge 7.7 miles. Carl Sandburg Home 18 miles.

Regina our host was very accommodating. Even though we never met her, the texts that we received from her were warm and gracious. The house was just right for our family with plenty of room. We never felt on top of each other. The fact that we were away from the city and out in the country was another plus for us.

Wedding Weekend

What a wonderful place to stay. The house is beautiful and more than met all our expectations and needs. It felt like home. Great place for friends to gather

With five bedrooms, this place worked great for our 50th homecoming reunion. It was close to Furman University and the large dining room table worked well for our cookout on their gas grill. Regina, the owner responded immediately to our questions prior to and during our stay.

Great Stay with Friends

Beautiful, immaculately clean home. Seven adults stayed in this house very comfortably. We especially enjoyed the dining table and room, kitchen (good supply of cooking tools), living room/lounging space, and back patio/porch. It is a great property, very quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful house and location

This house was large enough for our group to still feel homey but have our own space. Close enough to town it wasn’t a long drive but far enough away to be peaceful! Also we were able to get an early check in with ease and that was a huge help for our travel situation. Finally the owner was so accommodating to our large group and parking needs. We would’ve stayed longer if there was not other reservations.

Beautiful house with welcoming hosts!

The house is beautiful and well-appointed. It has a very unique and appealing floor plan with a lovely library and a long table for family meals. Our kids loved the game room and being able to pick books to read from the library. The communication from the hosts was great! They made us feel very welcome and sounded like they would be quickly available if we had any issues.

Clemson Homecoming Reunion Success

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past weekend! We were able to have our friends and children stay under one roof, and it was a great time. Family Wedding Weekend

Our family gathered for my son’s wedding at Lindsey Plantation. The house is less than 10 minutes from the wedding venue. The house was perfect for our multi-generational stay. Relaxing Retreat

Family members got together to celebrate a wedding. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We found many perfect gathering places all over the house for conversation, playing some of the many games, watching TV, eating together and exploring the beautiful grounds. Regina was very helpful with any questions that arose. It was a great experience and we would pick this house again if we were to return to the area.

Gorgeous home in the country

Great house for a family gathering or weekend getaway. Very nicely decorated. A great place to escape from the city, but too far out for running in to Greenville. If you just want to relax and enjoy the house, it’s perfect. The owners are very easy to work with. Nice people.

Ben and Regina Urueta designed and built this home to raise their two sons on the same property where grand parents and great grandparents lived. The boys are now grown and Ben and Regina have moved to the "upper house" on the 22 acre property. Ben is a local architect and Regina has worked in education for the past 32 years. They are excited to share their spacious and open to nature home with their guests.

Located in close proximity to Greenville, SC (13mi) and Travelers Rest, SC (6.4mi) both mentioned on the Today Show as best towns to visit 2022. There are multiple golf courses, state parks, lakes, hiking trails (including the famous Swamp Rabbit Trail), wineries, great locally-owned restaurants and shopping within minutes of the home. The house is nestled in a wooded portion of the property and has beautiful natural surroundings. The home is decorated in a casual comfort style with an open plan designed to allow for group/family cooking, gathering, and game playing.

From golfing to hiking, star gazing to waterparks, hunting to watching the leaves change, spending time with family to riding the watershed roads on your bicycle or motorcycle - nature is at your fingertips. Sports enthusiasts- multiple local college/university teams are close by (North Greenville University, Wofford College, Anderson University, Clemson University), local professional men's soccer team The Triumph USL League 1, local baseball team (Boston Red Sox Affiliate) The Greenville Drive, Rodeos and Equestrian events are all close by. Tryon, NC home to the Tryon International Equestrian Center is only 28 miles from the house. If antique shopping is your love, Greenville, Travelers Rest, Greer, Landrum, Tryon, Pickens and Easley have vintage/antique/thrift stores to entertain you for days.
