Beautiful Home w/ Private Pool in Tamarindo

Beautiful modern style house in a brand-new subdivision in Tamarindo within walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, Tamarindo beach.

Close drive to Langosta, Playa Grande, Conchal and Brasilito beaches.
Short walk to Automercado plaza where you'll find a great gym and much more!

Pickleball/Padel? The tennis & padel clubs are just around the corner!

This spacious home is perfect for families or large groups. Everything you need for an exceptional beach holiday!


The space:
Main house offers 1 King bed (Master), Master bathroom, 1 queen bed (1st guest room), 1 queen bed (2nd guest room) and 1 guest bathroom.

Casita offers 1 queen bed with a twin pull out bed underneath it, kitchenette, bathroom and walking closet. Our family room offers a spacious sofa with a pull-out bed.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge offers a water/ice dispenser, blender, toaster oven, coffee machine and everything you need to feel at home.

Recently renovated backyard where you can relax by the pool. Enjoy your meals on our outdoor covered dining room with a large custom Guanacaste dining room table where you’ll have access to a large BBQ and dinning set.

You will have access to the whole house including laundry area and private swimming pool.

*Super high speed internet around the house for digital nomads (250 mgbps), Smart TV's in the family room, master bedroom and casita.

Parking:
1 covered car and golf cart parking with charging station plus extra parking on driveway and behind the main gate.

Great Home

Home was very nice and had a short distance from downtown Tamarindo. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful just outside of the party scene

Awesome house for our group of 9 over Christmas

Clean, and anything we needed, like filtered water jug to be replaced or help when previous guests didn’t sign out of YouTube or help booking a Catamaran tour, Natalie was SUPER responsive!

Beautiful home in Tamarindo

This lovely home with private courtyard , pool and Casita was the ideal layout to accommodate our group. We each had a comfortable bedroom and clean modern bathroom . Close to downtown Tamarindo and beaches. The owners were quick to respond to questions and needs and the property manager was very good

Costa Rica adventure

Host and property manager were amazing. Response to any questions was very quick. Casa 3 was everything and more than what was advertised, would recommend this place to anyone looking for a family vacation. The added amenities such bbq, spices, paper products, beach towels and beach chairs made the stay that much more relaxing and enjoyable.

The property felt safe, secure, and surprisingly quiet . Our host made sure that we were stocked up with basic necessities and even went out of their way to help us locate activities .You will be happy with the experience as my friends and I have ! Special thanks to Nathalie for being a friendly property manager and going above and behind . This was my first time going to a new country and this was a great first experience !

Costa Rica GEM!

The property was BEAUTIFUL and in a great location. Walking distance or short drive to the main town. The grocery store next door (literally) was super helpful to our large family especially for kids. The owners were incredibly responsive in our planning and or any questions or needs for my 40th birthday. The property manager was kind and incredibly accommodating. Truly the BEST spot to stay in Tamarindo! We will stay again and highly recommend!!!!! Pura Vida! :)

Amazing Experience. Would stay here again!

The house is beautiful and it has anything you need to have a pleasant stay. It’s brand new and extremely clean. It’s in a great location because you’re close to downtown Tamarindo and other beautiful beaches. The communication from the host and the property manager was great. The property manager, Nathalie, is so sweet, attentive and quick to reply to any questions or needs during your stay. She even went out of her way to have a new, comfortable crib for our 8 month old baby! We’ve stayed in several houses before and this is one of our top favorites. Highly recommend!

Our Stay

My husband and I stayed at the property for a week; the home is beautiful and fully equipped with all the comforts of home from small appliances, linens, comfortable beds to nice beach towels. We rented a golf cart which allowed us easy access to Tamarindo beach and restaurants. The proximity was great! The neighboring construction on the street was not a bother, however, there is busy supermarket adjacent to the property which has regular daily deliveries. Overall experience was wonderful; great hosts and amazing property manger Nathalie. Nathalie went above and beyond our expectations.

Great place to stay in Tamarindo

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house is great and our host Natalie was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our family loved the pool, the layout of the house was great for our party of 7 adults (all our adult kids plus our daughter in law) The house is literally adjacent to a small grocery so you can grab snacks or food by walking next door. Lots of stuff to explore in Tamarindo. House is about a mile out of town, so we chose to walk instead of driving into town. Lots of places to shop and explore, the Mercado is a great place to grab a meal - kind of like a food court but with lots of different really good options. We did explore some places beyond Tamarindo - Playa Avellana is a 30 minute drive away and was our favorite beach in the area.

Beautiful home away from home

The property is brand new and has everything you need!! From spices in the kitchen to luxurious beach towels. The owner and the property manager were very helpful during the couple power outages that occurred in the neighborhood (which is normal because of strong winds in Costa Rica). My only note is that the beach is about a 20 minute walk and there are no sidewalks... so I would recommend getting a car or a golf cart for such a distance. Also, the area is under construction as it is a new subdivision, so keep that in mind if you are sensitive to noise. All in all a very nice stay in gorgeous Costa Rica. Thank you!

Perfect Family Getaway: This Home Delivers Unforgettable Stay

Our stay at Casa 3 in Tamarindo was nothing short of delightful, creating lasting memories for our family. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight for us was the splendid privacy offered by the well-maintained yard, patio, and pool area. We found ourselves spending numerous days simply unwinding, reading, and basking in the tranquility by the pool. The location proved to be incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily drive into town for surf lessons, shopping, and dining. A pleasant surprise was the short walk to the charming restaurant, Rural, located at the end of the street, where we enjoyed dinner on two occasions. The layout of the house was well-designed, providing ample space, privacy, and cozy beds. Our grown son relished his stay in the casita, appreciating the autonomy it offered. The responsiveness and excellent communication from both the owners and property manager added an extra layer of satisfaction to our experience. In summary, Casa 3 in Tamarindo exceeded our expectations, and we wholeheartedly recommend it. We're already contemplating a return visit, as our time there was nothing short of perfect.

Superbe maison, service hors-pair ❤️

La maison est très belle, bien équipée et très sécuritaire. Nous étions 6 adultes, dont 2 couples, 2 enfants en bas âge et 1 enfant de 6 ans. Ipad connecté à des enceintes intérieures et extérieures, plusieurs Tv connectées, cuisine très équipée. Très belle piscine. L’accueil et le service avant et pendant le séjour ont été exceptionnels. Nathalie est très disponible et nous a même proposé d’acheter des choses à manger pour les enfants étant donné que notre vol a été retardé et que nous arrivions très tard de nuit. Les propriétaires et Nathalie nous ont fourni 2 lits pour bébé de même que des chaises hautes! La maison est située juste à côté d’une petite épicerie où vous trouverez presque tout. Nous recommandons vraiment. Un must ❤️
