Eco-Tiny House in SE Medford

Clean and quiet 200 sq ft. detached guesthouse with kitchenette nestled among vegetable gardens and native wildflower beds. Within walking distance of Asante hospital and several shops and restaurants. Easy access to freeway. 20 minutes from downtown Ashland and Jacksonville and only and 10 minutes from downtown Medford. Off-street parking available. Well-behaved pets welcome. Please no smoking inside the guesthouse or on the property.
The space
My husband and I designed and built this lovely tiny house together as a year-long weekend-warrior project. To minimize our ecological footprint, we installed solar panels, high-efficiency on-demand water heating, HE heating and cooling, sustainable bamboo flooring, and LED lighting. We also use eco-friendly cleaners and soaps. We think our eco tiny house is a great fit for couples, a family of three, or solo travelers. We hope that you find this guest house to be as cozy as we do!

Please note that the second bed is a pull-out chair. It is comfortable but on the small side. We think it's perfect for shorter adults and kids.
Guest access
Please feel free to explore the vegetable and native wildflower gardens in our front yard and relax on the cedar patio in front of the guest house. There is also a nice walking path along the creek that borders our property. If you need access to a washer and clothes dryer just let us know and we can help make arrangements.
Other things to note
There is a friendly dog who lives with us (Buddy). Buddy is a blue heeler mix. He is sometimes off-leash on our property and may come over and say hi.
