Peak of Joy Lodge is a beautiful and modern home nestled just a short drive away from Smoky Mountain National Park, Cades Cove, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Townsend. This home is perfect for families and groups of all sizes, and it offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable vacation.
The lodge features a wrap-around deck with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, a large hot tub, 300MB+ internet access, EV Charger, a large hi-def TV with a PS4 console, and a 12-foot shuffleboard.
Our spacious living area and open kitchen design bring the whole family together, offering a wall of windows with stunning views of Wears Valley, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
Two identical king suites each feature bathrooms with a jetted tub, walk in shower, and double vanity sinks.
The loft features a cozy space to work from home, two built-in twin beds, and access to a balcony.
As a bonus, your stay includes access to Honeysuckle Meadows Pool & Deli, conveniently located at 4005 Tomahawk Way, Sevierville, TN 37862. This access also gives you the opportunity to enjoy a catch/release pond.

Beautiful house at the top of a very steep hill in Wears Valley. The video walk-through on the listing is helpful and very accurate. Just a note that the public swimming pool is a bit far away to get to from the house.

Great Visit.. Great Location

We love the Smokey Mountains and have been visiting for many years. The cabin and the stay was amazing and we would def be back and stay again. Communication was great and the location was great and close to everything. The only thing that we missed, but it wasnt an issue, is that the grill had no propane and the outdoor firepit had no propane, so we couldnt use either. Its not a deal breaker, just something that would have been nice. Cabin is beautiful and the views are amazing.

Best Views

We love the Smokies and visited quite often since 2017. This cabin was the perfect size for us and of all the places we have stayed in the past, this one had the best views of the mountains! Very clean cabin and highly recommend.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home however the drive up the mountain was terrifying. I can’t imagine driving it at night as we purposely returned before dark every evening. The home was very comfortable. Plenty of clean linens. Tremendous wrap around deck. Stunning views from balcony on the second floor. Overall a great rental. However, I felt that the home supplies could have been better. The host leaves suave conditioner/shampoo combination and body wash. Not enough toilet paper and only a half roll of paper towels. There were no tissues in the bathrooms. There was toothpaste on the vanity, something sticky on the bedroom floor upstairs and the windows must have been washed when the sun was beaming because they were incredibly streaked. We played pool but there was not enough room around table to shoot properly (table too big for space). There was a tip missing from one of the sticks too. Also, I would recommend more serving dishes, wine glasses and beer mugs for the kitchen. Other than that we really enjoyed our time in Wears Valley. Again the house was beautiful. We had no real issues other than the pet peeves mentioned. The hosts emailed us to be sure all was well. I would recommend this home to others but unfortunately we will not stay again due to the drive up that mountain. We absolutely loved staying on the quiet side of the mountains.

Stunning Views

The view is an absolute show stopper! The cabin is tastefully decorated and such a comfortable setting in the mountains. The kids adored the brand new hot tub and we loved that everything was super clean!

Angie is from upstate New York and relocated to Richmond, Virginia, more than 20 years ago. Jesse calls himself a mutt, having spent his childhood as a Navy brat and his adult life as an Air Force veteran. It took him a long time to settle down in one place.

Celia completes the family as a spunky kid who keeps her parents young. Her youthful energy is addictive, and she keeps the whole family laughing from adventure to adventure. She loves gymnastics, Mexico, and the mountains.

Location, location, location. This place is right in the middle of everywhere you want to be. Pigeon Forge is a short 15 minute drive. Activities and dining in Townsend is 10 minutes away. You are ten minutes away from Metcalf Bottoms where you can plunge into the cool mountain waters. The comforts and joys of the mountains are all around you. This house is close to it all. Even if you decide to spend your entire vacation in the cabin, we have tried to make every accommodation to ensure it is comfortable and entertaining. There is a PlayStation 4 console in the living room with a number of games to play with the whole family. 300MB+ internet and a comfortable office setup make it a great location for remote working. Shuffleboard will challenge your hand eye coordination and keep everyone competing for the winning slide.
