KITCHEN:

Fully stocked kitchen with gas range and built-in oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, tea kettle, drip coffee maker, rice cooker, slow cooker, and everything needed to prepare a holiday feast! A large quartz island separates it and the great room, making the space perfect for gathering and entertaining.



The large dining table (with extra seating at the island) is perfect for gathering with friends and family over a home-cooked meal.



BEDROOMS:

4 total bedrooms, including a master suite:



Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): Master suite with a king bed, Roku TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity



Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): Queen bed



Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Queen bed



Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): two sets of bunk beds - twin over full bunkbed set, with a twin trundle bed and a twin over twin set. Five beds total. Wonderful room for the kids!



Downstairs living room: Roku TV, PS4, foldout chair for extra child sleeping arrangement

3 full bathrooms, with the master en suite (double vanity, large glass shower, large stand alone soaking sub) and a hallway bath on the upper level, and another full bathroom with a double vanity on the lower level.

Guest Access:

As our guest, you will enjoy complete and private access to the entire cabin, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the spacious living and dining areas. Outside, you are welcome to relax on the patio, enjoy the fenced in yard, and unwind in the private hot tub. You will also have access to the garage and the laundry room for your convenience. Please note that one owner closet remains locked and is not accessible during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Although tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town, the cabin is also only 8 miles from town and 6 miles to Lake Tahoe, with very easy access to Heavenly, Sierra at Tahoe, beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants. Easy access, without having to be stuck in Pioneer Trail traffic while leaving town. The home is located on the quieter end of HWY 50, where it turns residential, making it easy to get in and out of town.



Getting Around:

We recommend having a vehicle. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are in the area too.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

*There is no grass in the fenced in back yard.
