A wonderful Jersey Shore vacation spot

Mary Ann and her husband were wonderful hosts for our group, and the house was a wonderful place to stay for a weekend (or longer) getaway.

Wonderful family vacation

This was our family's 3rd vacation here. We love this place! It is ideal for large groups. The long table is very accommodating for family meals, food preparation, room for multiple games and just gathering together. There is a large outdoor table that our younger grandkids love when the adults are enjoying a quieter dinner time. The grills are wonderful and the kitchen is so well stocked for large groups with plenty of glasses, mugs, silverware etc. The ice maker is such a wonderful thing to have when there are large groups. Having two large areas for TV watching is ideal so the men can watch sports, and the women can watch movies they enjoy, or you can split up adults and kids. There are many options for sleeping and comfortable beds and rooms for spreading out. The owners have provided beach chairs, games and equipment that helps big families have fun. The hot tub is a favorite for some of the family, and everyone loves watching the beautiful sunsets on the roof top deck. The owners, Tom and Maryann, are very responsive and wonderful caring people to work with. The beach is easy to get to and one of the best on the Island. Our family treasures the time we spend here and hope to return. I highly recommend this place.

LBI Amazing vacation house

This beach house was the perfect place for our family reunion. The house had a perfect layout with a very large dinning table for us all to sit at one time, large grill and a roof top hot tub. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back next year. The owners were great to work with !!

Wonderful place, so close to beach, beautiful beac

Perfect place for a big family or beach crew. House is very accommodating and beach is literally 50 steps. They have everything you need - great grill, all the fun beach toys, chairs, etc. Just a seamless and awesome experience on LBI. The owners are so nice and accommodating.

Wonderfu stay.

The house is a great place for large family gatherings or groups. There are many bedrooms and bathrooms. They make great use of the space. The giant table in kitchen was used for large family games and meals. Loved my stay.

Beautiful House! So much to offer!

This house has everything you need for a family get together down the shore. It is steps from the beach and can fit the whole family. Beautiful top deck with hot tub. It offers great views of the island and the beach. The whole family had a great time during our stay. We very much recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay at LBI.

Wonderful home and location

From booking, the owners were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. House was equipped with everything needed in a rental and was just as advertised. Wonderful accommodations inside the house, and in an excellent location for our large family beach gathering! Very short walk to the beach and a quick ride to restaurants, Fantasy Island, and stores. Highly recommend!!

the right size for our family of 14

Weather was crappy, but the house was perfect for our large family; especially the second floor TV lounge; kids had a great time. The hot tub was a hit with everyone. Loved the huge first floor dining table; again, with a large group this was perfect.

Thank you for such a nice review! I wish I could control the weather! What a blustery rainy weekend it was! It didn't seem to slow the kids down! They had a ball outside and in and so did the dogs! I try to make the house have things to do in foul weather, I'm glad you found it suitable to keep them entertained. Nothing beats a hit tub in cooler weather I must say! We built the table ourselves to make sure family's could eat together in stead of all over the house indoors and out like most other homes on LBI. We come fro a large family and our goal is to make sure the gang can hang out together or apart with options to keep them entertained. I hope to have your family back in the near future! great location!

We had a fantastic week at the house in August. Hot tub and porch on the roof were great - especially at sunset! Location to the beach (5 minute walk) was so convenient. Really appreciated that lots of beach chairs and a few umbrellas were available at the house for our use. Lots of stores and restaurants easily accessible. House was laid out nicely for a big group. Owners were very nice and extremely helpful with lots of information about the area.

AMAZING

Best beach house ever. We went for a bachelorette weekend, and had the most wonderful time. The house was large and clean; the rooftop had spectacular views - and a hot tub; and the hosts were amazing, even providing us with bachelorette games and mailing back a cooler we forgot. Would recommend this house to anyone!!!

Perfect Weekend at Beach House Retreats

My wife and I and a few other couples stayed here over the weekend for the Lighthouse International Film Festival. This place is big and beautiful, with top notch amenities and within a few steps of the beach. It hasn't been affected by Hurricane Sandy in any way, and the owners were supremely accommodating. I honestly have nothing but superlatives to describe this house and experience. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing beach weekend.

An epic house

The huge dining table is a great place to gather and share ideas. The house has indoor and outdoor places to gather and/or spread out in groups to deliberate ideas. The house is perfect for day meeting, networking or a project working weekend. Great location that I have had meetings at both in and out of season with the owners!

Beautiful Vacation!!

Overall, the house was absolutely beautiful. My friends and I had an amazing time. There were 14 of us and we had BBQs each night and really had a great time staying here. The rooftop was by far the best part of the house. The view is amazing. The house was clean and very organized. Thank you so much Tom & Maryann for letting us be apart of your house.

The ideal vacation home

Mary Ann and Tom are fantastic and welcoming hosts (whose company we THOROUGHLY enjoyed!) and their house more than lives up to the gorgeous pictures. The entire property is filled with personality and class-- just try not to smile when you notice the bust of David in the front window as you arrive. The amenities (including a roof-top hot tub!!!) are well maintained and the beach is a (barefoot) walk away. I would wholeheartedly recommend a visit to this house.

Great spot!

Again we came back to this fantastic house for our annual beach weekend retreat - it was over the summer solstice this year and perfect for a weekend away - Mary Ann and Tom as always super helpful and kind in letting our group enjoy ourselves. Place is spacious and fits a ton of people - hot tub on the roof is great for lougning about - steps to the beach - everything you need to feed an army! You just bring the fun and the food. Highly recommended A+++

Great location... steps from the beach

Our group of 12 greatly enjoyed our stay. The location was exactly what we were looking for to be able to roll out of bed right on to the beach. Mary was a fantastic host and responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. We had several dinners inviting other family and it was great to have plenty of parking and an immense table for all to sit. The rooms and bathrooms were adequate and the outdoor spaces (rooftop and backyard) were ideal for a big gathering. Thanks to the hosts for providing a great space for big families to enjoy!

Great property and hosts

We rented this home during a celebratory weekend on the Island. Once we rented the hosts were in touch with us and were helpful with various suggestions. The home was as advertised and the hosts could not be nicer nor more accommodating. At check in they gave us the run down on the house, provided an enormous amount of snacks (always appreciated) and accommodated every request we had. Not to mention that they are lovely people. Would not hesitate to rent this property again in the future.

Great Rental!

Spent LDW 2013 here and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The house, backyard and beach showed absolutely no signs of damage from Storm Sandy. You can't overstate the convenience of walking only 20 ft. to the beach everyday. The roofdeck and hot tub were a great place to relax as well after a long day on the beach. The house itself also was well kept, clean and had everything you could need. Highly recommend this rental for your beach vacation!

Bachelorette Weekend Success

The house for the weekend was amazing! Its proximity to the beach makes it the ideal place to stay in LBI. Nine of us stayed in the house for a bachelorette weekend (all with a bed) and could not have asked for more. The rooftop deck is a great spot to entertain and the downstairs kitchen fit us all comfortably. Mary Ann and Tom were so willing to help and are just the kindest hosts we could imagine. I would definitely recommend staying here - we are trying to come back here next year ourselves!

Great Weekend Stay

Very spacious house that is up to date and has everything that is needed. Great rooftop deck with hot tub that you can see Atlantic City from and great views of the ocean. 3rd house in from the beach so it was very convenient to go back to the house whenever needed. Walked down to Kubels Too for good food and to see a band (nice not to have to drive). Also walking distance (about 2 blocks) to Pinky's (seafood) and Joeys (Pizza). Great location, Great House, and Great time.
