I have stayed in Breckenridge quite a few times in the last 20 years and this trip didn't disappoint. I typically stay in the 4 O'Clock /Kings Crown area. The condo was great and accurate to the description and pictures. The location was wonderful - a short walk down 4 O'Clock into town (and then back up!). This unit is in the back overlooking the trail (where we saw moose the first night), and it's a corner unit. There was a great breeze coming in the east windows, which was key in keeping it cool during the hot summer days. Also, it has east and north facing windows which helps keep the place cooler in the summer, but it also had good light. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen, although we didn't cook large meals. The rental company was responsive when we had some initial questions. I definitely would stay in this unit again. As with any rental property in Breck, summer is when they do a lot of maintenance, so there were some surprises while we were there (window washing, including needing to move from the balcony so they could work, as well as some sort of construction in the parking lot outside our windows and needing to move the car and having to park on the other side of the complex). The rental company hadn't been aware, so we didn't get a heads up.
