The Ultimate Relaxation Destination

This home is absolutely wonderful. It is remote and full of nature. Owner was extremely responsive and gave us great info before and during our trip.

Yearly Spring Trip

Our stay at the Creek Cabin was fantastic. It was so relaxing and memorable that we are putting this place as a must return. The sunsets were beautiful, the breeze off the marsh kept everything pleasant, and crabbing was plentiful. Thank you to our Host.

Stunning Property

Beautiful views of the low country marsh punctuate this stunning slice of heaven. What a picture perfect place to stay and unwind! And it's really not that far from the beaches if you want to make that drive. Highly recommend!

Creekside property on Edisto

What a beautiful property. If you are looking for a secluded vacation with beautiful scenery and nature, this is your place to stay. Owners were very helpful and friendly. I can hardly wait to return for another visit.

Anniversary weekend at the Creek House

The property was beautiful with the large oaks surrounding the cute cottage. The private dock was peaceful and we enjoyed crabbing and just relaxing and watching the beautiful sunsets.Tracie was a wonderful host, very informative about the area and made sure we had everything we needed.

Creek House on Edisto

A wonderful cottage in a beautiful location. Tracie is welcoming and provides a comfortable, relaxing environment. Birds are plentiful and a joy to watch. We enjoyed a quiet peaceful weekend.

Tidal marsh retreat

Enjoyed the quiet small cottage in friendly private neighborhood with access to tidal creek. Dog friendly with large yard for lounging and playing fetch. Owners nice and accommodating. Hope to return soon.

Amazing retreat

We're local to the area and just needed a couple of days to check out from reality! We could not have found a more perfect location or host. We literally have nothing negative to say at all. This space was quiet, clean, private, and beautiful. Truly a special place.

Beautiful property

Everything was better than advertised. Beautiful cottage on the marsh with a dock to fish or kayak or just hang out and watch the wildlife. Plenty of room for my fur baby to run around too. I was sad to leave when my stay was up. I look forward to staying again!

Much needed relaxation

Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven. We enjoyed fishing, crabbing, shrimping, bird watching, and just relaxing on the dock. The sunsets were magnificent! We felt closer to nature and more relaxed than we have in a long time. Highly recommend for a no frills, all relaxing weekend getaway.

Absolutely Breathtaking!

This was, hands down, the best vacation I have ever been on! Such a relaxing week away to unwind and enjoy the views. The location is great. The scenery is unbeatable! Tracie is so accomodating and I couldnt have asked for a better host. Cannot wajt to go back!

We had the most wonderful time here! Peaceful is the best way to describe it. We usually stay closer to the beach but we loved being further inland and on the creek. It was so quiet we found ourselves staying at the house for the entirety of the trip! We ventured out for food and a few of the local spots (museums, Botany Bay) but would quickly makeour way back to the house to enjoy a summer afternoon thunderstorm or sit on the dock.Tracie is fantastic and has many great recommendations and is knowledgeable of the area. Will definitely stay again!

Check-in was a breeze!! Terrie is very accommodating and helpful. Smoothest check-in and out we’ve experienced to date. Absolute beautiful property, clean and comfy. Bed in main bedroom is very comfortable. Crabbing was plentiful as the tide was right. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and spices for your cooking needs. Coffee on the porch during sunrise is so relaxing. 100 out of 10 recommend this house for a romantic getaway.

Superseded expectations

Absolute paradise. Total privacy, nice covered porch to sit out & bird watch, even went out in the marsh on the kayaks provided. Not far from the beach about 13 miles. A definite will do again.

Really enjoyed our stay

It was the most relaxing and peaceful time we have had in a long time. There are beautiful marsh views. The tidal creek and marsh are full with wildlife. We enjoyed the stars. House was equipped with everything we needed. Communications with owner were stellar. Tracie was prompt and personable. We really enjoyed our stay. Note: Plan a sunset at nearby Pine Landing.

Fabulous Time

Had the absolute best time staying in the Cottage! It was beyond perfect!! Tracie was awesome and easy to communicate with. It was difficult to leave when it was time to check out. Escape to Paradise!

My husband and I took our boat and stayed 4 days. We put our boat in at Live Oak Landing to reach the ocean, which was easy. We caught dinner right on the dock most nights- crabs and fish. The house is beautifully done, comfortable with everything you may need. It was a true escape- quiet except for the many colorful birds. We hope to go back as soon as we can.

Honeymoom

Tracie truly made our honeymoon unforgettable! She was incredibly sweet and thoughtful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her communication was excellent, and we really appreciated her flexibility in letting us bring our bass tracker along. We wholeheartedly recommend her for your Edisto stay—she’s simply the best! 10/10!

Truth in advertisement

A special thanks to Tracie and her family for sharing their property for rent because it really is a special place. The place has everything you need to relax, unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Our dog loved exploring and we loved exploring on kayak and birdwatching. We left the place talking about when we would like to come back. Tracie was very accommodating and responsive and helpful 💚

Perfect Edisto Creek house

This is one of those trips we will never forget! Perfectly quaint and tucked away off the beaten path, this tiny cottage was perfect! The property has incredible marsh views with large porches and windows everywhere. The dock and creek access is great and provides amazing views to take in. Kayaks and fishing poles at the dock made for some extra fun. The sitting area at the cypress point were great, as was the huge yard area. We will absolutely be back and recommend anyone looking to escape to Edisto Island to check out this piece of paradise!

A Magical place.

Nature abounds. Eagles, raccoons, deer, wild turkey, hummingbirds and more. Stars at night are amazing. Truly a dark sky space. Comfortable bed. Don't plan on sleeping in. Get up with the morning light, and don't miss a minute of the day.

Soul Restoring

Nature abounding, beauty with serenity!! Peaceful with comfort. The marsh changes with the tides, the sunset and the glorious evening stars. Perfect getaway for my husband and I from the hustle and bustle. Rich in history, Loved delicious coffee on the dock . If you love peacefulness, nature and beauty.. this is the PERFECT place!! Traci & her hubby are so caring, gracious, and thoughtful. Didn’t want to leave!!
