The apartment is located in Itacorubi, a quiet and complete neighborhood with bakeries, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets.
Guests will have access to a differentiated, modern, organized, very well-equipped, excellently located and safe place.
The 74m² apartment has a suite with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a Smart TV. Both rooms are equipped with SPLIT AC.

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Our space seeks to bring the facilities and conveniences of a hotel with the comfort of an apartment.
Fully furnished apartment with:
- Fully-equipped kitchen with air fryer, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, blender, microwave, sandwich maker, kitchen utensils and set of pans
- Living room equipped with Smart TV
- 1 SUITE with a DOUBLE bed and SPLIT AC
- 1 ROOM with two SINGLE beds and SPLIT AC
- WI-FI 100MB
- 1 parking space
- 220V sockets
- All beds have full linen.
- All guests have a bath towel and a face towel.
- One floor towel per bathroom.
- All bathrooms have amenities: shampoo, conditioner, soap and a roll of toilet paper.
- Linen changes can be requested at the cost of the cleaning fee.
- The cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged.
