Relax in this unique and quiet area, the most beautiful on the island and enjoy the most beautiful sunrise from our Roof Tops! Super equipped apartment with 3 balconies and decorated with a special charm. Pool and garden area with BBQ grill, bathroom and outdoor shower. You can see the sea because we are a few meters from the beach! The view is spectacular in the southern part of the island. We are 10 minutes from the ferry, 15 from Playa Norte and a few minutes from beautiful views in Punta Sur!

Enjoyed our stay

The host and property caretaker were very helpful. and professional and responsive. Apartments are clean and well cared for. Great location - you can go into town and enjoy all the activity then come back to a tranquil part of the island to enjoy the natural beauty.

Didn’t stay

Our reservation was canceled by the owner on very short notice leaving us to scramble for different accommodations. Totally unacceptable.

Clean

Stayed with my teen child and sister. Worked great for us, perfect amount of room. The pool was a bit murky a few days of our stay but we didnt care as we just went to the beach anyway. The inside was beautiful and very clean. Jose takes great care of the place and is very helpful. Would stay again.

Cute condo with potential.

I text the owner one hour ahead of time before arrival. He informed me that the caretaker would let me in and give us the keys. When we got there, the caretaker did meet us and open the door for us showed us around but as soon as we walked into the condo, I noticed that one of the ACs was not working properly. no biggie, all the other ACs were working so we could have done with out one AC. I did message the owner and he advised me to wait for a technician. This annoyed me a bit because I’m on my vacation and I don’t want to sit around waiting on my technician to come when I could be going to the beach.in the end, they did switches condos with all AC’s in good operating status. When we got to the back where the pool is situated, however, to my disbelief, the pool was awful. Green filled with algae. There was no way I was about to let my family swim in the pool. Clearly poor maintenance. I was really disappointed and decided to cut my stay short. this condo has a lot of potential. It’s a very cute, small, comfortable condo. But it definitely needs better. Maintance management.

We loved this stay jose and juan attended us very well . Carlos communicated with us the whole time we were there. Great place to stay away from town and relax ! One suggestion is a hammock in the roof top. Thats all

Very Comfortable Stay

This place was perfect for our family of 5. 2 adults in each bedroom and 1 child on the futon. If you need anything, extra bedding or towels, you can just ask for them. Cleanliness is a big factor for me and despite Jose (on-site manager) rushing to get the apartment cleaned for us he did a very good job. He also stored our luggage so we could get our vaca started. The property is gated and we felt very safe. One thing we'd like to see added is a blind/shade for the main door. We were on the 2nd level so it wasn't too bad but if anyone walked up to the rooftop they could see right in the main living area, which is where my son was sleeping. The location was away from any night life & very relaxing. Jose was very accommodating and was always working while we were there! Carlo, the property owner, had an open line of communication. If definitely book here again! As for a golf cart rental, if you know you are going during a peak time, book one in advance (they are pricier than you'd think to have for your entire stay too).

Wonderful little spot away from the noise of Playa Norte, but just a short drive from everything the island has to offer. The host was a great communicator and the onsite property manager was wonderful- he even cut coconuts fresh from the tree for my kids to enjoy while swimming! There is space to park a golf cart, laundry on site, and nice ocean views from the roof top deck.

Excellent getaway to Isla

Our host Carlo and his property manager Juan took great care of us. Wonderful location, pool and balconies at Punta Sur. 24 Hr security, gated entrance. Will definitely be back to visit. Thank you Carlo !!!

A lovely quiet complex

The condo we stayed in was in the southern part of Isla Mujeres. It was a small complex so it was intimate and very private. The condo itself looked like it had been recently renovated. It was clean, modern and very comfortable. If you want to be in the middle of the action, this is not the place for you. It is situated on a lovely stretch of rocky beach that is stunning and quiet. Definitely rent a golf cart because it is easy to get around to all the sites and restaurants. Our host, Carlo, could not be more accommodating. He checked on us several times to ensure that we had all that we needed.

This condo has been built and furnished with much love and sacrifice. It is located in a privileged area of ​​the island, called Punta Sur. Here the most beautiful views of all of Quintana Roo are experienced. The most spectacular sunset and the most romantic sunrises. We hope you visit us soon!

You can use our BBQ grill in the pool and make your own barbecues. The pool is very nice and the green gardens. Something that you will love is to see the sunrises from the Roof Top or simply relax and sunbathe next to your favorite drink.
