Peaceful right on the water, private beach & dock

Truly a gem of a property immersed in nature between trees and the lake.
Enjoy some quiet time right on the water. Inside you will find a bright and airy space with upstairs loft bedroom. Nice office area overlooking lake, Wi-Fi, AC unit, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, walk-in tile shower, exposed beams, and lofty ceilings.
This is a perfect place for remote work
with a dedicated space with a desk and office chair, by the window with a great view of the lake
Close to all amenities while fully immersed in nature.
Kayaks and paddle boards are also available to use freely.
To access the property you can take stairs all the way down to the lake (there are several stairs!) or a tram. The tram works perfectly and highly maintained with assistance from the host whenever needed.

Gorgeous and peaceful location right on the water. It is a perfect place to relax and reset but also to enjoy water sports. The attentive host makes you very comfortable and provides everything needed for indoor and outdoor activities.

The upside...We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The host was very accommodating; she met us when we arrived even though it was late due to flight delays. She explained how to use the tram and was very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed upstairs is very firm but comfortable. The lake is beautiful and the tram worked well. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores within a 15 minute drive and parking was easy.The downside...I feel it only accommodates 2-4 people comfortably. There is only one real queen size bed, the other is an air mattress, and then pull out couches. Also, the stairs are exactly as shown with no handrails, which may be a problem for people susceptible to falls. In addition, the circuit breakers trip very easily. Given all of that, I would definitely stay here again, especially in the summer! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Be cautious

-Tram did not work for half my stay -155 stairs to guest house with luggage was a nightmare -cleanliness was not top priority, windows were filthy, and had dead bugs on the window sill. - they tried to compensate my stay by giving me 1 free night next time I book with them. This will not be happening. - the property manager was very responsive and tried to help the best she could. - the view was beautiful unfortunately my view was obstructed by the dirty window in the loft. -the shower curtain is so high that the water goes directly into the floor bathroom where the sink and toilet is. Not to mention there was no light in the shower. Sorry, but I had a bad experience here.

Thank you for the feedback, this will help us improve constantly for future guests. We fortunately took care of the shower, adding a longer shower curtain, and replacing the light. Those windows are very high to reach from the outside, but were cleared and will be checked before each stay, to fully enjoy the great view this place has to offer. For the tram, we have since added the additional steps in the instructions to guests, in order to prevent battery outage, which was at the source of the problem. This was fixed and the tram fully serviced. The tram is easy to use as an alternative to stairs, and we insure assistance is provided when needed. We really appreciate all input, as new hosts, and as such, we will continue our special rates, including a free night stay. Thanks

Host was extremely welcoming and helpful on checkin. The space was beautiful and unique on the water. My wife and I loved our stay!
The home is very private and on the water. There is a tram that will take you up/down or you can climb the stairs.
