Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. I respect that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, although I must admit I was saddened by your review. We are a small family business, not a large hotel chain, and we work very hard to provide a positive experience for our guests. Over 99% of our guests have left us outstanding perfect reviews of 10/10, so receiving a 4/10 rating was particularly difficult for us. This really hurt our small business. I wish some of the concerns had been communicated privately or brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have gladly done our best to address them. Our cleaning lady takes great pride in her work and genuinely tries her best. Like all of us, she is human and may occasionally overlook something, but any concerns could have been promptly addressed had we been notified. I would also like to mention that the garage door was frequently left open, and our cleaner noticed leaves had blown into the garage from the front yard. This may have contributed to insects entering the area. In addition, the television was left on after checkout. We understand that guests have different expectations, and we appreciate your perspective. We sincerely wish you all the best and hope that in future travels, concerns can be communicated directly so that hosts have the opportunity to make things right.
