The home was beautiful, it was clean and spacious! The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The master suite was so spacious! The home looked exactly like the listing pictures on the site. The location was also convenient to everything, tons to do and lots of shopping and restaurants! The owners were amazing, I messaged Amy before booking to ask about a safety fence for the pool, she responded and offered to help walk through set up if we needed help. Check in was smooth! Will rebook again!!

Incredible

We absolutely loved our stay at Gem on the Canal. The house is gorgeous. Every room is decorated perfectly. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. We also had plenty of room to spend time together in the living room, at the large kitchen table, and outside around the pool. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the evening around the fire pit. The pool was perfect for us. We even used the grill one night for a delicious meal. This home was stunning and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The beds were comfortable. Check in was super easy and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions. They were very kind and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this property for your getaway!

I can’t stress enough how awesome these hosts are! We were having a little trouble getting pool heated and they actually called and helped us with process. Then they called back to make sure all was good. All emails or calls were answered promptly. Thank you so much Amy! We have not had that kind of consideration and service with other rentals in the past! We highly recommend anyone wanting a quiet neighborhood to stay here! And to top it off we actually got to see a gator in the canal! Ten stars!!!

Om værten

Vært: Amy Necker

Værtens profilbillede
This home is our family’s personal vacation retreat - a place we escape to from the frigid Midwest winters to soak up sunshine and slow down together. We chose it intentionally as a space to relax, recharge, and create lasting memories with the people we love most. Because it’s meaningful to our family, we take great pride in keeping it exceptionally clean, well cared for, and welcoming. Our hope is that every guest feels that same sense of comfort and connection while making their own unforgettable memories here in Cape Coral.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We chose this Cape Coral neighborhood for its unbeatable combination of peaceful canal-front living and convenience. With direct canal access, it offers the relaxing waterfront atmosphere guests look for in a true Florida getaway. At the same time, you’re just minutes from popular Cape Coral restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Plus, Fort Myers is just a short drive away, giving you quick access to beaches, entertainment, and Southwest Florida adventures - without sacrificing the privacy of a waterfront home.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

What truly sets this home apart is the combination of direct canal access and resort-style outdoor living. Guests can relax by the large heated pool and spa, unwind under the private tiki hut, or enjoy peaceful waterfront views from the dock - all within the privacy of a modern Cape Coral canal-front home.

Inside, the home is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed with a fresh, modern aesthetic. The spacious layout, coastal-inspired décor, and newer construction create a bright, comfortable atmosphere that feels elevated yet welcoming.

It’s the rare balance of waterfront experience, updated design, and true indoor-outdoor Florida living that makes this property stand out.
