Our Dunedin Tiny House was fantastic! Cute, clean and very comfortable. We loved being right on the Pinellas Trail. If we get the opportunity, this will be our new go-to home when we visit our family in Dunedin. All the best to our hosts Matt and Jen

This was our second year staying at Tiny House, we didn’t need to look for any other accommodations. All good things about this property. Clean, comfortable and great location. 5 star Vrbo in our minds. Highly recommend.

The tiny house was perfect! Well kept, modern, and fresh. So much nicer than staying in a huge hotel for two nights. Took advantage of the trail one morning as well as the pool (you could tell we were from the northeast:) ). Very nice property and would recommend!

Will Visit Again!

This property is perfect for both a family and couples. Great location, clean and heated pool. Fun destinations close by with an abundant assortment of activities close by. We will be coming back to stay here!

Excellent trip!

Was on a business trip in Clearwater but found this place about 20 minutes north. Very nice area and easy traffic. Will definitely come back here with my family!

Great Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in our Tiny Home! The place was very clean, pool was beautiful, and kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs. The host was very communicative and helped us with anything we needed. We will happily stay here again the future!

5 star property in great Dunedin location. Loved being able to walk on the trail to town. Neat, clean and as advertised.

We had a wonderful visit to Dunedin. The tiny house was great. So much better than a hotel. It was clean, quiet, and centrally located to everything. Our hosts were great, too. Our trip did not show up in our VBRO account, but the hosts and VRBO worked with us and all went to plan. High recommended!

My daughter and family stayed one week in this 2 bedroom Tiny Home. My husband and I in one bedroom unit Tiny home 2-3 steps away. We had a wonderful family vacation, together but our own space as well. Wooded lot is lovely and quiet while right on Pinellas trial for biking or walking into town or to Hammock Park which has lovely hiking trials. Grandchildren particularly loved heated pool. Host very helpful, laundry facilities appreciated.

Ease of access to do many things

This tiny home is in a perfect location, we walked and rode bikes to downtown Dunedin. It is settled back off the main road and having the Pinellas Trail just footsteps away was great. It was also very clean and we loved having the 2 porches.

Most Beautiful Vacation Place!

Our week long stay as a family of four at the Farm House Tiny Home was amazing! The house is immaculate and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The pool is beautiful! We enjoyed having dinners on the upper deck of the Farm House. Loved accessing the Trail to explore Dunedin.

Cute Little Farmhouse

This place is just the right size for 1-4 people. It's right along the Pinella's walking trail and in a quiet area. It's very clean and has everything needed for cooking (if you want to cook). It's close to the Dunedin causeway, downtown & not far from Clearwater & Tarpon Springs. I would stay here again!

Perfect Getaway!

We loved every minute in our tiny house! Tastefully appointed, it maximized every square foot of the property. Our daughter loved the pool, and it was so pleasant sitting on the balcony and enjoying the Florida sun. Access to the Pinellas Trail is a great perk, too!

Tiny House Stay

We loved this property! Everything was nice, new, and clean! I used the pool every day. The kitchen had everything you needed. The upper deck was a great place to sit out at night. The only thing I could suggest is: get a more comfy couch. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Property was amazing! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope to come back again next year. So nice to have the pool available and such lovely guest staying at the same time we did. Our tiny house was so clean and tidy with great amenities and super comfy beds and pillows. Would be lovely to see a couple of umbrellas by the pool next time and found the microwave and stove top a bit tricky to operate - BUT - very very good instruction booklet onsite. Really good communication and Matt the property manager was always visible if you needed anything. Can't say enough good things about this place!! Thank you for having us!!

Beautiful Tiny Home

Truly wonderful tiny home location is perfect on the trail, neighborhood safe and quiet. The grill was convenient & the pool well kept. Only negative was no response/return communication back from host after arrival. Our microwave broke, I messaged immediately and no response at all. Also, one of the washers ate my money and did not work I’m not worried about the money but I relayed via message it was broke and no response there either.

The Tiny House was a perfect choice for us. Close enough to ride our bikes downtown on the Pinellas Trail that was right out back. The pool was an added bonus after a long day. We loved sitting on the upstairs deck for both morning coffee time and evening drinks with the sunset. We will stay here again.
