The Space:

★Please be aware that there is an ongoing restoration project on some of the unit balconies. Any noise from the repairs will only occur between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday to Friday. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the property

The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Getting Around:

There are so many options, from the free trolly, to uber and with parking included, you can easily drive anywhere as well. There are 3 public bus lines that pickup in midtown as well.
