Beautifully decorated, centrally located home

The perfect place to gather with your family. This stylish home is centrally located with close access to Boise State, local ski resorts, Boise River sports, shopping, restaurants, and the Meridian Idaho Temple.
Each bedroom has been beautifully decorated with comfortable bedding anyone would enjoy. Each bedroom has its own bed, with 1 king, 2 queens and bunk bed. The downstairs lounge with games has a pullout futon. An electric fireplace keeps you warm in the living room while watching tv.

Please make sure you have read through our rules for the home prior to booking with us. It is our hope you feel at home and comfortable during your stay.

HOUSE RULES:

No smoking or vaping allowed on the property.

No pets are allowed on the property.

There is a $500 cleaning fee, if smoke is detected in the home after a stay. Also, an additional fee will be charged for cleaning and/or damage if pets were determined to have been brought into the home.

No parties or events are allowed.

Cameras are installed on the exterior front and rear of the home for your security.

No additional unregistered guests are allowed overnight. If additional unregistered guests are found to stay overnight, an additional $25 will be charge per night, per guest.

Please park in front of the home, in the driveway or garage. Try not to block access to the mailbox, the post office will not deliver the mail and it is a city parking violation.

A remote for the garage door is provided. Please return to the location found prior to check out. If the garage door opener is lost or not returned a replacement fee will be charged.

One tank of propane for the barbeque will be provided, please close tank valve when not in use. Please make sure when in use the barbeque is pulled away from the house and fence.

During your stay when you leave the home and at checkout, please make sure to turn off the electric fireplace.

No mail forwarding to this address is allowed.

Bathroom and kitchen amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, Keurig cups, creamers, bathroom toiletries) are supplied for the number of registered guest for the first (2) nights of your stay.

***The neighborhood is serviced by the local garbage company on Thursday mornings. We require if a guest is staying Wednesday night, they take both trash containers out of the garage and place them in the street next to the driveway. If the guest do not check out Thursday, we ask they bring the trash containers back into the garage, per community HOA rules. If the guest is unable to take the containers to the street and return them, we ask you communicate with us, prior to your confirming your stay so we can make arrangements to assist you.

If the guest fails to bring the containers out, we will impose the $35 fee for a scheduled pickup with Republic Services, so the next guests have a trash receptacle to place their trash in for the following week
