Welcome to Fireside Lodge 318, a charming 1-bedroom/1-bathroom condo on the third floor, perfect for a small family, couple, or solo traveler. This unique unit offers extra privacy and tranquility, as there is no unit above it on the fourth floor.
The cozy, open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area allow your group to stay connected, whether someone is cooking dinner or others are watching a movie on the large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The inviting space is perfect for creating memorable moments together.
After a day of adventure, cuddle up in front of the fireplace and enjoy the serene alpine forest view. Step out onto your private balcony from the living room to take in the stunning vistas of the main Sun Peaks village area and the picturesque valley framed by Mt. Morrisey and Sundance Mountain.

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
